Let me start off with saying you have great ideas and I agree with a lot of you changes. That being said lets talk about the ones that need to be rethought.

Armor- Heavy is been the meta far to long why? Because there is no real downside to running it.
Med & Light Armor should not have had their cost reduction reduced or nerfed. Why? Because with this nerf and even with the nerf to heavy armor passive, Heavy armor is still more appealing then med or light atm.Please revert those changes.

Next biggest issue is Orbs and Shards. Change it so their are 2 morphs of each one, one for magic and one for stam. Problem fixed.

Next Issue- Why are sorcs left untouched? Really? Every other class had changes but yet somehow sorc are left untouched? U gutted dk's, NB, and templars sustain and left all the sorc sustain passives untouched...I really dont understand why you make so many changes and leave sorc untoched when they have the strongest sustain ability in the game Dark Deal/Exchange. They will dominate battlegrounds. They have the highest burst dps and the hightest pve dps in the game and you did nothing to the class.. FOR SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Charge Snares- Why why why, Just remove any and all snares when u are gap closed!!! You should not be penalized for being gap closed period!!! Make merciless charge an empower instead or something.

Redguard- Revert the change or give race tokens bc this class is not unique anymore. Its better to be a wood elk or cat.

CP Changes- All in all I really dont have a problem with them except remove all the extra stats(hp magic, stam) you get from cp. It will balance more than you think.

Cost increase poison- Remove them from the game. They should not exisit.

STOP ADDING PROC SETS TO THE GAME!!!! NOONE WANTS THESE!!!! THEY ARE CANCER! Infector set 10k posion proc and stun for 5 sec with a colldown of 5 secs??? ZOS WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???? If you want to keep it change the cooldown to 10 secs minimum. Red Mountain and Viper should be increased to 10 secs as well!

Pirate Skeleton- The nerf was not enough. Really 1% change??? This set is to powerful on a sorc bc major protection affects shields. They can be more tankier then a DK in 7 heavy and full impen holding block. This needs to be fixed. TBH I dont really have a solution for this other than maybe add a debuff to their damage of 50% when its proced. Bc you made this for tank and tanks dont really need to be putting out damage.

Tremorscale- A move in the right direction but not enough. The cool down should be on par with velidrth at 8 secs.

Troll King- Set is great but should have a proc % instead of guaranteed. No cooldown is fine though, but Its too strong as is.

Major Mending for Templars- you should have not removed it but instead tied it to the channeled focus and make it 5 secs. That is a very small radius for them to stay in and would balance it.

Major Mending for DKs should not be tied to the shield. Soultion Reduce it from 6 secs to 3. Problem solved.

Battle Roar- Its fine nerf it but make the cap instead of 26k 35k for max stat.

Helping Hands- Its fine nerf it but make the max stat 30k instead of 19k.

DKs Have the highest ability costs in the game. Please review them all and adjust them accordingly.

You nerfed all DK sustain when they have zero other passives like every other class does to help sustain. So either fix the above and/or add a passive for all Regen.

All in all the changes you made are a step in the right direction. Please consider the changes I made above. People are exteremly upset over these changes you are making and we are screaming back but we feel no one is listening. Please TALK TO US!!! Even if it is just saying ok we hear this is a problem we are looking at it! That is more then enough for most things, most of the time. Its so frustrating when we dont hear from you other than we have to remove theses post bc they are bad mmmkayyy....They are bad bc ppl are so frustrated with not hearing anything.

    What kills the game more than anything is RNG. It's just not fun to farm all the sets I need/want to play a build for PvP. Even with all the problems the combat can still be pretty fun.

    Yes RNG is horrible and needs to be looked at with item traits and a complete overhaul of existing sets. Like Burning Spell Weave having a bow that drops more than staff do.

    But this is a major overhaul and will take time so please wait until next pts after morrowind to do all these changes.

    Sorcs actually have the highest ability costs in the game. They just have the mobility and defense to function despite it.

    I like your idea for shards and orbs, although the uniqueness of shards would be gone. Give it back its stun, and templars would be on board.

    I haven't seen a lack of healing for DK or templar on PTS. Stamplar is still top dog, and magplar is still survivable. DKs still have strong heals too, but their sustain suffers.

    Delete Troll King.

    Stamblade is propped up by proc sets.

    Mageblade is propped up by Siphoning Attacks.

    Omg yes Sry Shipion needs some love!!!! I dont know the best soultion for this though. You main mag blade so youd have a better suggestion.

    About the uniqueness to shards they will be bc they still can give resoruces back to the caster which is nice and shards are cheaper than orbs.

    Also another suggestion is that Damage should not be tied to a max stat and should be tied to only spell/weapon damage. Ults are fine to be based on max stat but abilities should not.

    Instead you can have max stat effect recovery. So if you want damage you spec spell/weapon damage and if you want recovery you focus max stat where your damage will not be affected.

    Also another suggestion it to change the following mundus stones to be more useful.

    The Lord: Change it to be All 3 stats instead of HP.

    The Mage: Make this Magic Cost Reduction

    The Tower: Make this Stamina Cost Reduction

    Good point about shards, but I still think templars won't feel the same without their stun back. :(

    I made suggestions regarding Siphoning Attacks here. Lots of people have provided their own suggestions in my thread and in numerous other threads on the topic. I don't know if ZOS is listening, though.. We'll see

    If they want a CC then they use javelin. They shouldnt just get a free CC on an AOE spell.

    Also Another Good Idea would be to change the Heavy Armor Passive Wrath. You should not be able to hit harder in Heavy Armor.

    Change: Make it so after being beat up ur blocking cost and the damage you can block is increased a little bit.

    Oh also correction:

    Shards and Orbs Should not have the same cooldown as orbs.

    Why?

    This game needs more synergies. It promotes grp play and the use of sets that you already made to promote players running synergies.

    The problem with this patch is the amount universal nerfs some of them incredibly big... then stacking class nerfs on top... Stam pvp DK got hit 9 times and reduced to trash .. 3 secs of shields mean very little ...

    Yes 3 sec is a lil but enough for a heal. Also the passive under the resto is a 3 sec major mending bonus after a heavy attack. This just brings that in line with this.

    don't give them the idea to get rid of the resources you get from cp. last thing i want to do is waste points /glyphs to get my health to an appropriate level.

    The reasoning behind this is simple. There is no good reason to keep this. This will decrease the gap between new and old players, while at the same time reducing the problem with ppl stacking 1 resource in a build to get Absurdly high numbers. Its just not necessary to have this here.
