I always stand down in a 1v1 unless the other person zergs me down constantly
Especially if the enemy is in a 1vx scenario, I usually sit and watch and hope they win
I actually had an EP get super pissed at me and call me useless cause I stood there and watched him get 1vxd LMAO
#NoMercyForZerglings
When complaining about getting zerged down or outnumbered; can anyone really say they have never done it? I mean; when I am in a group and we see something is under attack, we don't know how many are there, and 10 or so players is not a large group to where we would split up and just send a scout to take a look first, and thats a waste of time anyway. You just go and whatevers there you deal with it.
I think people get caught up with some idea that they have to "small scale" to be good and then get all bent when most people just play the map and kill on site. Largest group Ive been on lately is 7 players and I can tell you we get ran over by 20+ a lot, but we also have lots of times where our faction shows up once we flag something and then we are running people over with 30+ with the pugs that show up where they see a burst or cross swords. That's just Cyrodiil.
I try to stand down, unless my fellow DC are having a bit of trouble (tanks).
I've even had one DC yell at me once "why you not help?"
I'm like "dude it's you versus another player and you both had that fight in the bag." #earnit
But I get that blood lust from time to time.
S/O to the 10 man group that came to a resource to take out my 3 man group after 20k of precious AP from the yellows
1) 8 players is not a zerg.
2) You were at an AD castle. Did you expect them NOT to come?
Edit: Just noticed that some of these guys are IOTD; didn't even know they were still around. Interesting.
You got me confused, the only people who get my bags on their faces are Bow spammers and Boozdog b Donjay. Sorry bud, but since you're AD, you probably were a bow spammer so you deserve it!EdmundTowers wrote: »S/O to the 10 man group that came to a resource to take out my 3 man group after 20k of precious AP from the yellows

@Heike
You must mean Iote, since i see some of my guild mates in that pic. Ya we're still around, just not as active. We run every Saturday and usually avg 12 ppl. We keep it guild only so we can work on improving our team play. Had a good time last Sat messing with DC around Warden, Glade, and Rayles.
@Sixth
I remember being alone at blackboot while a DC zerg you were a part of was attacking it. You and te rest of the zerg chased me all over the walls and when you caught me, you tbagged my body.
I wasnt there in that pic, but i hope they tbagged you too.

Certifiably incorrect. You tbag anything on the ground whether you fought it or not.

why @The_1st_Elder ? because igneous shields heal buff got a "nerf"? you still get the healing buff while the shield is active. go more cost reduct in mag and spam shields if you have to. you still absorb damage with the shield so it offers protection until you can get a heal off.
like, cry some more while i just adapt and be better. I hate to make comments like that but seriously thats what will happen to everyone that doesnt throw in the towel.
as far as magdk? whips got a cost reduction on top of the dmg increase from homestead patch. . .

I completely agree with the whole adapt thing but don't act like dks didn't get huge nerf compared to other classes. And it's not just the healing nerf they also got resource management nerf with healing hands and battle roar nerf. Plus heavy armor mag dk now more sustain nerf and even if you switch to light armor you still got a sustain nerf on a class that's already hard to sustain as it is.
So yes go ahead and adapt but don't act like dks didn't get completely screwed compared to other classes
Full Metal Carebears make a dashing return to Cyrodiil throughout the night, battle cries sounding and bells chiming as Aldmeri and Ebonheart forces band together, bringing forth their mightiness warriors, and still, not enough. The Full Metal Force tears through the enemy lines. Such defeats as these have not been seen in over a year, since the time of Bradias the Poliwhirl, and his eternal reign over Azura's Star. Footage was captured from one of the heroes of the Carebear legion on the eve of Sunday, viewer discretion is advisedhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ng2OTrt0yQ

Good to see healing spring group making a progress. Very good play.
