One of the many things I've learned while playing MMOs is to never, EVER log out in a deserted house or a room at an inn.

For me it's:
• Crystal Fragments "hard-casting" Sorcerers.
• Nightblades who spam Surprise Attack constantly.
• Magicka-based variants of classes outside of Templar who utilize DW.
• People who constantly talk about "meta builds" and utilize them, but have absolutely no clue behind the build'a mechanics.

✭I occasionally see the same individual posting guild adverts in various zones, but he/she uses rp to do it. Talking about a mysterious cloaked stranger handing me a piece of paper with (guild advert here) on it, with a bunch of rp stuff tacked onto the end.

I've got no problem with players running around as rogue members of House Telvanni, or simply seeing that as a surname on Dunmer characters. But, the RPers who actually play as members of the house bug me now.
Without offense naturally, but that literally means that the vast majority of Roleplayers bugs you, simply because we do not believe an arbitrary selection at the character creation screen has any judgement on the alignment of the character.
Roleplay is about immersing oneself into the world of game to the point wherein we roleplay out the characters life in a united story with the rest of the roleplaying community. Feeling oneself restricted to four (soon five) classes, aswell as three factions is simply not something that is even going to be considered.
By the logic in your statement, then all characters in RP must have some knowledge in magic, be the supreme hero of Nirn and also support either one of three factions.

I do understand that there are a few unique builds that deserve credit but many builds are common and people will name it eg -"the hurricane" like they created it. Even if it's a build many already use/know.
Just the other day, this build I've been using on my stamplar for weeks, i heard someone talking about it from a guy on twitch, using the exact setup (that I thought of myself for Pvp on stamplar) and now it's like his rights? lol
He's given it a name and everything.
Now if ever anyone asks what I'm running (if they know of his build) they'll think I'm a meta guy following the twitch players build *sigh*
Note: I can't remember the build name and that hurricane name was just an example of a name, tbf it's probably an actual stamsorc build.Xbox one EU

LOL. I know, right? There are a few million people signed up to play this game. They get roughly 7,000 players every single day just playing on PC through Steam alone, with many thousands more playing on different platforms. More than one person is going to think of the same build, it's just going to happen.
