Burning Spell Weave inferno Staff

I got a sharpened BSW sword the other day.

If I can get another BSW 1 hander, I may consider going dw/firestaff. Right now I run generic fire/lightning.
God I wish we could sell dungeon drops in guild store.

yesterday, I got a BSW inferno staff drop, infused trait. Not as good right now as sharpened, but who knows what future re-balancing will bring.

Dungeon drops should be BoE just like overland, such an arbitrary distinction between which are overland and wich dungeon.

Keep BoP trial gear.

I have gotten 7+ bsw restoration staves, 2 inferno in useless traits and one sharpened ice staff. : /
What should i do? Heal my way through the boss with all those staves?

I got a sharpened fire, lighting and resto staff in about 470 runs. The trick is to know all the chest locations and open them with your Treasure Hunter passive. I only got one of the boss, 2 out of chests. There's about 2-3 chests in every nCoA1 run.

I have a precise inferno staff... I do prefer my swords (of torugs pact) though, because I'm close-up anyways on my templar.
5 BSW (4 armor, one ring) plus 3 pieces IA (ring, neck, jerkin) + 2 pieces Grothdarr.

Overland sets, not dungeon sets. And there will still be a massive RNG involved (ofcourse).

About 130 or so, with a 10.5 ratio.

I think Torug comes out a tad higher though because of the major sorcery bonus. 129*1.2 = 154 or so damage.

Anyways. It's 6 and a half-dozen. You're not missing out one way or the other.

On topic: dungeon sets should be tradeable. I'd have sold my sharpened viper bow for a sharpened BSW inferno a long time ago.

For your Templar, use 3 willpower to replace 3 IA, your DPS number will be higher.

I've got a setup with BSW/Clever Alchemist/Skoria with SD enchants on sharpened weapons, everything proc'd + major and minor sorcery equals about 5200+ SD. BSW only procs on my front bar (DW or S&B) but I actually keep a powered BSW flame staff on my back bar since that bar consists of buff/dots/heals. Once the buffs and dots are up I'm right back to the front bar to fight and only switch back to reapply and more importantly to heal myself when I'm in trouble so having powered on that bar is much better than sharpened.

At moment maybe yes (still not sure about that right now, because the 5% from Minor Slayer are pretty strong, but the + max magicka from 2 Willpower swords will already be a good thing when you set your Jesus Beam onto your sword bar), but not sure after patch. You wanted the + 1400 max magicka (the + spell damage from Wilpower doesn't hurt too) especially for your execute, but Zenimax decided to nerf your execute by 21% according their infinite wisdom...

Got a POWERED inferno staff ...

If I quit this game it will be because of RNG.

I cant get a BSW neck.

After 50 coh, solo or group I have like 8 BSW rings, but saw only 2 necks dropping and only one beeing BSW.

Is that NORMAL ?!

1.) trash: 0,0000000000000000% chance
2.) final boss: 0,0000000000000000% chance
3.) chest: best chance

good news: CoA 1 allows you to open chests without getting involved in any fight

1.) be a nightblade, treasure hunter cp passive
2.) port to coa1
3.) know all chest spawn points: cloak through and check them (you can find 2 chests, if you only find 1, the other spawned at final boss, skip that) - don't touch any mob
4.) port out
5.) reset (switch dungeon mode, goup needed - but offline members work aswell, so you can be even with an alt of yours in a group)
6.) repeat

time: 4 minutes per run
note: faster farming with friends helping
estimated amount of chests for 1 sharpened fire stick: 100

I ran CoA1 religiously from Thanksgiving til mid-January 20-40 times daily until I got one sharpened sword... even that was via trade when a buddy got the drop. Haven't seen one sharpened inferno in that timeframe; however, the sharpened lightning staff I got was a surprise that is turning out very well in the coming patch.

I did manage to get necklace last night which I am happy about. All peices sorted now except a decent staff. Using decisive trait staff atm. Pretty underwhelming bonus on that.

Update: So I did this for about 12 hours: Farmed COA 1 Chest as nb with treasure hunter perk (about 4-5mins per run) while also queueing for the dungeon and running it with group so I don't get too bored.

I got the following from this farming:

Infused bsw retro staff
1x Sharpened bsw two handed sword
2x sharpened bsw one handed swords
1x burning Spell Weave precise inferno staff!!
1x light infused Infernal guardian helm which I wanted instead of devines.

Very happy with precise trait so I don't think I will bother trying to get sharpened.
