As the video shows, I'm CCed shortly before the meteor hits, start my break free animation, and I'm tossed up into the air again (a second short CC). The issue is that while breaking free, you're not immune to CC, but still takes the stamina for breaking free. This is one highlighted instance, but while watching fights carefully I have seen when multiple enemies (zergs) attack this seems to happen a lot more.
My suggestion: CC immunity should occur the moment a CC hits and affects you, and the cooldown timer should start after you break free or the CC finishes. That way there is no transition period that this can occur.

Welcome to pvp? This has been an issue since the games inception and invasion/talons spam was a thing.. ZOS either doesnt know how to fix it or doesn't care.
My favorite is the double knock back javelins and draining shots with a mix of endless root spam.
