Ugh.. I might have to play on EP and AD. Some members in my guild want me to take them to PvP to get skills unlocked. Since this is a cross faction guild, I will need to play on each alliance.

This can not be good, me leading a group of PvE players. I wish they were all DC and under level 50, DC would be poplocked

Question? What would be the best/quickest way for them to get AP to unlock skills. I know the biggest complaint from PvE players is they don't like to die.

I was thinking about taking them to kill a dungeon boss for the AP buff, and then taking some resources, repairing walls, and taking them to few big fights. More than likely we will only be playing PvP 1 or 2 hours a few days a week.

NICE JOB EVERYONE! I never thought we would get this far... especially when I created this 4th and final thread.... it was a bit toxic back then! Glad everyone stuck around! Here's to another 100 pages!

@vamp_emily I think you are on the right track. Depending on what skills they want. If they just want vigor with little danger, repping walls is fairly fast and I havent died to a wall in a long time.

@vamp_emily , I think wall repairing is the worst. I don't really even do it on emp pushes. To me, wall repping (and waiting for weak ticks) is an instance of me not PvPing. I don't come to Cyrodiil for the AP. - it's a meaningless currency that's hard to translate to in game gold - I come for the PvP. They might not like dying, but if they just stick together their chances will be a lot better.

They arent pvpers and it doesnt sound like they want to be. So, ya wall reps are fine.

You can buy rep kits with gold tho, and then repping returns a bit of AP. Quests also give AP and gold. Not the preferred way to do it but it can be done if someone just doesnt want to pvp at all. ofc a solo kill will yield the most.

They could maybe do things like.. take towns, do the quests for scouting and taking resources, maybe taking outposts and such. Make sure they do that first quest when they get into cyro, the one you can skip and it gets you to lvl 2 in 2 seconds lol!

There are a few things you can do without too much fighting, I mean obviously fighting grants the most but I can understand, being pve'ers why they'd rather not, used to be one of them LOL! Then, one day Valen and I needed skyshards from cyro... pretty much haven't left since haha!

AP buff, focus on keep defenses (or offense when it seems like a sure take--failure is disappointing for new pvpers), rep breaches when possible (but don't plan on repping as a major source of AP for a group, as there is only so much to go around).

His emp'ship is one of my first good memories of bwb when we were 'becoming' pvp'ers; AD had had a few emps but none of them were as awesome as he was, in the sense that he was the first, of our experience, that actually LED AD. The others had been fly by emps, not actually giving a crap about anything but their emp. Nigel came in with his super healz and had amazing charisma with zone, he didn't put the pugs down (which we totally were pugs then, group of 2 with really no idea what we were doing) he asked them to join him, directed where and what they should do, without being the mean GO HERE DO THIS bs the rest of them had been like. Awesome memory, thanks Lums!

Ya this guy taught me something really quick. Back then I only used 1 skill and it went something like this.
