@vamp_emily , I think wall repairing is the worst. I don't really even do it on emp pushes. To me, wall repping (and waiting for weak ticks) is an instance of me not PvPing. I don't come to Cyrodiil for the AP. - it's a meaningless currency that's hard to translate to in game gold - I come for the PvP. They might not like dying, but if they just stick together their chances will be a lot better.

This can not be good, me leading a group of PvE players. I wish they were all DC and under level 50, DC would be poplocked
Question? What would be the best/quickest way for them to get AP to unlock skills. I know the biggest complaint from PvE players is they don't like to die.
I was thinking about taking them to kill a dungeon boss for the AP buff, and then taking some resources, repairing walls, and taking them to few big fights. More than likely we will only be playing PvP 1 or 2 hours a few days a week.
vamp_emily wrote: »What are some of the stupidest things you guys have done while playing BwB?
I've done a few too many stupid things, but one thing I will never forget is, setting up 3 sieges on the North wall at Ales. After awhile I noticed I wasn't doing any damage. I was thinking, "hmmm.. there must be someone one troll repairing". After a few minutes go by I gave up and then I realized we had Ales.
Then buying 15 Iceball Trebuckets, I seriously hate them.
Then one time I run up to Nik when it was flagged, I see the front door was damaged and set up 4 sieges and tried to break it down. Well when you run that many sieges you don't pay attention to chat. DC went thru the side door and captured Nik and were yelling "Dumbxxx quit sieging the front door". I stopped when I seen a few people jumping up and down.

@Valen_Byte , I dunno - gotta have AP to buy rep kits. THE CYCLE STARTS SOMEWHERE.

That's pretty accurate, however, to be a tad more accurate, could you put one EP in there? That would make it a perfect representation of BWB at the moment.

The threads have eyes 0-o
They could maybe do things like.. take towns, do the quests for scouting and taking resources, maybe taking outposts and such. Make sure they do that first quest when they get into cyro, the one you can skip and it gets you to lvl 2 in 2 seconds lol!
There are a few things you can do without too much fighting, I mean obviously fighting grants the most but I can understand, being pve'ers why they'd rather not, used to be one of them LOL! Then, one day Valen and I needed skyshards from cyro... pretty much haven't left since haha!
vamp_emily wrote: »Just curious, I know people change names, but is Miniskirt still around?
Last time I remember them playing was just a little bit after CP was removed and he/she disappeared.

Anyone know a DC toon "A King"? I have seen him so many times the past few days I feel like he's stalking me...
I feel like it might be time to figure out how to see people's @ names without going into gamepad mode...

Hahaha! Nigel the Great, oh man! His emp'ship is one of my first good memories of bwb when we were 'becoming' pvp'ers; AD had had a few emps but none of them were as awesome as he was, in the sense that he was the first, of our experience, that actually LED AD. The others had been fly by emps, not actually giving a crap about anything but their emp. Nigel came in with his super healz and had amazing charisma with zone, he didn't put the pugs down (which we totally were pugs then, group of 2 with really no idea what we were doing) he asked them to join him, directed where and what they should do, without being the mean GO HERE DO THIS bs the rest of them had been like. Awesome memory, thanks Lums!
