7 run of vMA and 7 Mealstorm Resto Staff??

i been pretty much been running vMA to get my sharpened dagger but i want to ask are they bugged seriously???? all iam getting are stupid resto nirnhorn, Defending, precise and infused but where are all the other weapon? it super frustrating and i have been running vMA for a while now but never anything i need come on this is some kinda sick joke.
or is this only just me and my bad luck either way iam getting sick of it let alone the repair and potion bills.

Someone please correct my math if wrong but with 10 possible drops and getting 7 of the same the chances of that happening are:

(1/10)^7 = 0.00001%

Yeah I had 4 resto staves within a week recently, 3 of them sharpened and one defending. I now have 4 sharpened resto staves and 2 defending. I will say though that prior to that I went for some time without receiving a resto staff, and my total number of resto staves isn't notably higher that the total amount of any other weapon type. They do say that bad and good things come in threes (or sevens in this case). RNG is brutal.

Anytime I run vma more than once, the first resto staff I get I stop running for the day. Seems once I get one they just poor in. I know that is just rng but I mainly just stop to keep from getting aggravated with it.

Worst part is a get a bunch in sharpened but when it comes to inferno destro I get defending and powered I think.

used to get 6 bows in a row here with bad traits too, and then sword and shield broke the chain.

Yeah that's not the math. It's a 15% chance of getting a resto staff. Each trait is equally obtained

thank you all that left a comment, and i also feel sorry and happy of your frustration (i guess misery love company). But seriously ZoS i don't think this is right... if this is genuine and not a bug or something still i think the RNG suck so bad. (i said i got 7 resto staff in a row but i have done so much more runs i forgot how many i have done)

Iam all for a token system. whats the point off all these run and Beating vMA only to be slapped in the face with your RNG? i done this for both EU and now NA server.
iam not sadistic and like punishing myself.. iam not a super runner for vMA, it acutely takes alot outta me per run. sounds sad but before each run i have to mentally prepare myself, state of mine effect how u perform in vMA at least for me.
Iam not expecting gear to be handed to me nor do i want that. but i have beaten your vMA challenge but to be reward with this idiotic RNG system is insulting to say the least.

Iam not so shameless to say i speak for everyone but only myself on this, I rather do runs and build up token to get what i want then then be presented with this RNG, this isnt in trials where there are other ppl can can increase the chances of the gear drops this is a single player mode and it takes me about 1h to run (bad run 1h30m).

I know iam mad but i believe in what i say RNG isnt for me for single player mode.

If 15% chance as you say that's still:

0.15^7 = 0.00017%

For 7 resto drops in a row

There are 10 weapons but not every weapon has the same chance to drop. More info in the quote below. Also I made a mistake. I only looked at sharpened drops. Overall there's about 21% chance to get resto staff.

This is from the huge mega thread where people mentioned their drops (so its a bit skewed but it's mentioned).

I can understand that they'd make same chance to get each group of weapons (1h, 2h, destro staff, resto, bow), but that's a pretty big sample size and it still doesn't work out like that.

So 21% getting 7 in a row = 0.0018%, still pretty horrid luck, haha.

The most restos ive gotten in a row was 7. The biggest joke was 7 nirn bows in a row. Seems like all my weekly rewards are one handed axes.
