So lets let this cat out of the bag early shall we?
Champ 120 version: Approx 1100 damage every 2 seconds for six seconds = 1100x3 = 3300 total
Champ 140 version: Approx 1500 damage every 2 seconds for six seconds = 1500x3 = 4500 total
Champ 160 version: Approx 6500 damage every 2 seconds for six seconds = 6500x3 = 19500 total
Do you see where you messed up @Wrobel ?
Whoever coded in the c160 version put the final damage output in as the per tick value, basically increasing the sets intended damage by three times. It should be ticking for around 2000-2300 per tick to stay in line with its lower ranked brothers.
There is a reason it is starting to be seen more and more around Cyrodiil, its broken/bugged. Youre welcome.
You are thinking of the thunderous plate or whatever that was bugged before.
Almost none of what you guys are saying is wrong with it, is actually wrong with it.
The devs came out and said they were updating these sets, and the damage with them.
Remember on your recap its cumulative, not 1 tick lol.
No Sub, the champ 120 version still shows the old values. If it did not I wouldnt have even said anything.

Right, like I said they were updating the 160 set values.
I could be wrong, but they said multiple times the sets would be updated to compensate for the level increase.
The largest crit ticks i have seen have been around 6k

That just means you were literally standing in someones storm knight for a full 6 seconds. Also how did you check that it isn't reduced with battle spirit you would have to find mobs that have the same resistance as the play you're testing it on. Or are you just making random assumptions because you died to it?
No matter what level you cursor over it shows it adjusted to your personal damage
it scales to your personal tool tip rylana, so all that testing is pretty LOL at the moment.
Also reported chef for threats and harassment.

the c120 version comes out four to five times lower than on the exactly same setup player using the c160 version, do you understand now?
This also reflects its actual damage in testing. its not just a tooltip error.

The actual damage of the c120 version is coming out to ticks of 3200 vs a player
The actual damage of the c160 version is coming out to ticks of 7300 vs the same player
So we are at at least 3 times on that setup. (only coming in marginally below 4-5 times as previously stated) I will also retract battle spirit as we moved testing to a cp enabled campaign and found wildly changing results (in most cases for the worse except for that).
In any case, this set just vaporized three people in about 4 seconds while doing absolutely nothing else (one of my guildies in ts reporting that) on a full tank spec, not even built for damage. (ticks of about 6000)
Tell me again how this isnt broken.
95% sure it also procs on non-spell attacks.
Was soloing someone and it proc'd on me. Obviously small chance there was someone else around who dropped a spel on him and vanished, but seems unlikely.
It's not hard to guess which group on Azura's prompted this thread. This set, in PvP, is de facto BROKEN. It functionally procs 100% of the time in actual use in PvP. Volatile armor procs it. Lightning form procs it. And not just yours, but anyone's nearby. Blade cloak - because it is stamina - does not.
I did not see any 7k ticks, but when your death recap is full of 2k ticks from this set from a person you didn't attack, it makes you go "hmmm."
