    Oh god.....

Why do I have a sick, queasy feeling at the bottom of my tummy just thinking about racial changes...... Re-balance is what ZOS says just before they nuke the meta and force the world to re-gear or remake their builds....... Ive got 6 toons with maxed gear and gold stuff..... Please dont make me regear....

because of their less than stellar track record of 'fixing' that which is not broken.

So... should I wait for the raise to make my first set of max level gear? Or are they not raising the armor&weapon cap?

They're raising cap of CP's You can spend not CP's that gear scaling can reach.

What's the best to gain CP fast ? I stop before CP system and I'm quite lost now.

Craft gear fully in Training trait buy some experience scrolls or ambrosia and go to one of few grind spots like for example Cracked Wood Cave in Cyrodil or zombies spot in Imperial City sewers near DC side of sewers.

Yes. In fact, he spoke on the topic a few months ago, explaining why he wasn't doing racial rebalancing at the time: he said that he wanted to wait for race changes first.

As long as they do the rebalancing by buffing underperforming races instead of nerfing the good ones, I'm fine with it. Otherwise, if they nerf the good ones too much, then it'll look like a cynical cash-grab to push people towards buying those (presumably pricey) race change tokens.

RG passives only shine when youre pugging in crappy gear. With a well put together group and good gear the Khajiits blow RGs out of the water. But thats not the right way to do things. Why be a petty little b..ch and ask to destroy a race's unique feature out of spite? Why not ask for the underperforming races to be buffed accordingly?

Yhm still so certain of Khajiits adventage if we would talk about PvP?And even in PvE how much more DPS khajiit will do 2-3k? When we're talking about dp's 40k+ that's small difference. Redguard outshines other stam races in pvp too much and in PvE it's 2nd best choice. There isn't problem with other races that need buffing. All other stam races are pretty fine it's just redguard who is broken. So You wanna change other races only to keep this one unchanged? This game dont need buffs it need nerfs DPs goes too high soon we'll be doing trials in 4m groups.

Redguard passive works well for builds that weave HA/LA a lot, a person who doesnt understand the passive probably won't even HA/LA weave. I do not believe Khajiit passives 'blows' Redguard's out of the water--but this is subjective. In my opinion, Redguards passive shine in large scale fighting, 1v1 and 1vX which caters heavily to persons who prefer that type of fight. Khajiit's passive cater to a gank playstyle and it is really strong hitting a target out of stealth, this includes the Weap Crit increase. Something Redguard passives are definitely lack luster to Khajiit when it boils down to coming out of stealth, but Redguards are in no way inferior shape since theirs apply to many aspects of PvP fights to the Khajiit's more situational stealth damage.

Though to answer your question, me thinks Khajiit need to have their passives catered more towards stamina to help supplement their pre-existing tool set. The health recovery does not make a whole lot of sense to me if the fur ball is just going to sit in stealth and min-max their weapon damage for that perfect gank build.

Altmer, Divine Heritage: 10% chance to acquire an additional Skyshard when finding a Skyshard.
Argonian, Amphibian Efficiency: 20% chance to not use up a potion when using one.
Bosmer, Shade of the Green: Harder to detect by NPCs.
Breton, Merethic Knowledge: Get 10% more experience from all sources.
Dunmer, Ancestors' Gift: 15% chance to trap a soul on kill; Weapon charges drain 50% slower.
Imperial, Imperial Luck: Always find a little more gold.
Khajiit, Deft Paws: Lockpicks never break, 20% harder to detect when lockpicking.
Nord, Party Hearty: All foods and drinks last until you log out.
Orc, Wrothgarian Arts: No armor degradation.
Redguard, Smiths of the West: Find 5% more materials when refining.

    lololol

I actually really, really love the idea behind this,as this would add to a more distinctive identity for each of the races.
Although I'd probably add more ways for each race to interact with the environment and not per se more racial passives

Like the Altmer could activate ancient magical artifacts/magic Ayleid wards in pvp for a time ,based on the amount of skyshards or CP they've gathered.

Argonians could have the ability to hatch unborn dragon babies & while doing so their soul would connect with the hatchling ,gaining the boon of that type of dragon

Bretons would be able to absorb spells used during rituals and in doing so,learning the ritual themselves.

Khajits would have a special vision during night which would allow them to find the essence of the pure bright moons and the corrupted dark to imbue items with,....,....

OMG!! This is very bad news!
Wrobel is the worst dev for balancing races. :(
I hope PTS is avalible before they release this patch.

Wrobel is the worst dev, period. Most the race changes are insignificant or just a slight buff without changing what they're currently good at. But if you're an Argonian tank you just got ripped off.
