This seems a little crazy to me.
Where is my reserve slice proxy det Gina promised?
Thoughts on how this will impact pvp?

I honestly don't know what they are trying to do with this. 30% was already a lot.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Please PvP and Crafters at the same time .
Anything else is > balance .
Making players use abilities to remove poison is bad and will tilt the scales . Players already have ballista and oil to worry about . This will resource drain many classes already asking for a boost .3 -
