As as current no it does not. but I have not seen you or anyone else from freelance on scourge the only competitive campaign. So not like this will change anything on the buff server you guys play on.

Because we have already claimed that 30% poisons are to strong, so now they tell us that they will make them even stronger and when it will go live they will just drop it again to 30% and we will be so happy with them oh wait... Didnt we thought earlier that 30% is to much? Nah...

Almost like what happened with the Enchanting change, where they announced an utterly jaw-droppingly-terrible change so they could walk it back to a change that was only bad and players would be like, "Wow, we dodged a bullet.
