    Why all the complaints about a nerf to blocking? All I saw was in increase in block cost reduction from 30% to 36% and 1% more on your gear. That makes a potential total of 13% more reduction. Am I missing something, because that sounds like a buff.

    They took our 20% from bracing and now block cost reduction is now in the Green CP tree not the Red which is WTH

I don't only need potency runes at my level, I need to be able to collect any level, so that I can make glyphs for others. ie. The same way every other leveled crafting mat works - if I need ebony mats, I can get them in Coldharbour etc. Runes need to work the same way.

    Common Folks....... 2/3 more patches to go and pretty much nothing so far on:

    1: No new shield changes... STILL pleaae address PVE and dont nerf due to PVP
    2: No new Stam Skills for sorcerers Y.E.T
    3: No werewolf updates/changes to model/Skin/Skills? ENOUGH pages for you to read........... F.G.S
    4: no new animations for Puke night ?
    5: revert some skills to keep stuns/knockdowns
    6: Vampire skill 3/4/5 ?

    Do like the buff to Fortress and Sturdy and the room this gives for heavy armor to develop beyond just the block-cost-reduction armor.

    Seems to me, they want us to reduce our already horrendous regeneration and reduced abilities cost for more block reduction.

    Do you have any plans for fixing the bug with the "Litany of Blood" targets, which results in there being 15 additional targets (most of whom do not match the clues). The incorrect targets spawn after an original target has been killed with the Blade of Woe, and seem to completely replace the original target, until the next day when it resets.

    If this isn't fixed, there will be a lot of confused players doing this, since they may be looking for a target which does not match any of the clues.

    Fixed an issue where several abilities (such as Daedric Curse or Weapon Enchantment damage procs) was causing your health bar to become desynced.
    But I thought Vicious death was causing my health bar to desync?

    I guess we got our answer as to how they were going to deal with infinite sustain builds.
    Yeeah but what about those more "normal" builds like balanced between damage and regen? They are screwed even more. They could simply put a hard cap on those like they did for armor and resist and be done with it.

    This worries me... what flat value is that? 500 and 5000 is quite a difference... And only once every second? Why that cooldown?

    Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
    Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    I like the thought process they had in rearranging the champion system so that certain outcomes become limited but man oh man why do they have to slap tanks in the face again. I'm just kind of tired of it.

    I am sure they will change the blocking things again once they see how it performs on PTS. We still have a while before release.

    Desintegration passive ... sure we needed to lower the lowest magika class dps in the game ... (against it)

    Surge now gives constant Healing ... not sure how this will play out at all it will probably lower the sorc self-Healing capacity on magika build (as far as the really needed one goes).

    Also no modification to Crystal frag (this skill sometime takes like 7 time before it proc ! can you make it so Crystal Frag has a chance to make himself be ready to proc ? like a two time Crystal frag in a row (35% of the time ?) I mean you gave Templar 5 dot cleans !!! (that's not even right !) I hope this morph no longer clear allies in any way ! When you guys talked about looking into sorcerer magika and stamina I didn't tought this was going to mean lower magika, I tought it was really looking it up to see what could be mage to even the Plainfield now that shield are going to be universal.

    Also can you tell us if our finisher is being be look at ?

    Dear God please no, This is good for my PvP setups since I can allocate some left over CP in my warrior tree so I can dodge roll for days but my PvE tank setup would lose so much. I love the increase shield armor passive this tree provides so what am I going to put it in? Spell resistance? Like seriously please change this back to block reduction.

    Why do you hate tanks? You already can't restore stamina when blocking. Now tanks must choose between reducing block cost and increased stamina regen/reduced stamina ability costs?!? This change makes absolutely zero sense.

    No, they hosed everyone who already had points dedicated between the various skill cost reduction stars and the regen stars.
    And in order to gain that shield passive you've got to put points into a tree that now has NOTHING to do with blocking.

    They aren't going to do anything about it. Why would they? They said it would be in a future PTS incremental, which appears to be this one, where they looked at the Sorcerer class and improved it. Just reroll Stam DK or something if you want good DPS...that seems to be out best option right now.

    Congratulations Zenimax! You did it! Sorcerer problems fixed forever! -.- Next time actually make some meaningful changes.

    What the actual ***? And if you have to make this completely unnecessary change, at least move shield expert with it. This change really falls under the "If it ain't broken, lets break it!" mentality.

    WTF?! This is a horrible change that nobody asked for and that nobody wants.

    So tanks can have reduced blocking cost and reduced damage at the same time? Honestly that sounds a great deal to me.

    As for the Shield Expert passive... that needs rethinking with this switch I agree.

    I'm sorry, but that CP change is garbage and lazy thinking. I see why you did it, but come on. Nerf well-fitted and sturdy, and stop drilling tanks already, please. Give HA at least some sort of block cost reduction.

    Rather concerned about this as well. the Shield Expert passive is now in the tree no heavy armor tank would ever fill up. So to use it you need to be a medium armor tank (or a pvp tank). So while this does extend the usefulness of this passive in PvP, it can be assumed it will not see much use in PvE.

    However of greater concern is moving block cost to the thief section. So to have good block cost reduction, I need to drop my magicka/stamina sustain when NOT in block. I get this causes some more thinking, but adds ALOT more micromanaging of resources. That and it makes it harder for tanks to swap to DPS when needed without redoing their CP (not cool when going for speed runs).

    So what was the reasoning behind this change? Block cost reduction is a defensive passive, and probably should have stayed in the defensive trees. And now tanks will have more sustain issues than before. Sure we *might* not need much in the block cost tree if Sturdy gets fixed, but still, not sure why this was done.

    Also, the Maelstrom 1-hander was NOT buffed like it should be. Why?

    We don't get any bonus on the surge heal depending on the DMG???... The value of the heal better be good...

    More healt from Dark Exchange wont solve the problem, just for your insight...
