Given its going to take 64,680,700 you would need to get a least ~177k Ap a Day for a whole year to get there, its one hell of a grind, At PvP Rank 24 When you get your rank 10 Assault and support you are just over 10% of the way there.

I disagree with the acct wide skills. You would have people in the non vet with prox det and combat frenzy 2 just rolling zergs with never ending batswarms from the kbs. Acct wide rank I would be open to but what happens after 50? People who are 50 on one toon typically swap to another toon and start levelling that alliance rank but with acct wide ar you would have no push to do that.
