I'd support this if it also included reducing th nerf on blocking and dodging.
More than 3k in pve, less than 1k5 in pvp most of the time.
I agree that streak need a damage boost (and perhaps an increased duration stun, or the old stun it has before). BoL… I don't know, when well used it still very powerful especially in this magicka-based pvp with the TG.
Why not increase streaks dmg by 50% for every 50% cost increase that´s active.

Only it doesn't. Any player with half a brain can keep gap closers on you until you run out of magicka.
1 sec CC it's basically a free cc immunity, unless my shields are down I dont even bother breaking out of it. And the damage? C'mon dude.
As a stam sorc, if streak hit for 8k damage, moved me to target locks, and gave me empower like teleport strike hell yes I would use it.
In its current state I can't see why I would.
