This happened to me today...
Was in Fungal Grotto, the veteran daily pledge.
After kicking one dd with PvP gear and mindset (grouping tool) and replacing him with another close combat PvP wannabe (again grouping tool), THIS happened:
From a guy that stands in stupid while dealing close combat damage to Vila Theran comes the brilliant "Noob tank, why don't you kite the boss?" (not in those words ofc, he was illiterate).
I cannot express in words how pissed I was.
Not using grouping tools. Ever again.
Am so glad they will introduce Monster sets in PvP vendors, hope those kind of people never again go to real dungeons.

These people may have done the dungeon lots of times before and might be bored with the content by then, but that doesn't mean that they can't have patience for other people who maybe haven't farmed the game as intensively as they have and might actually want to experience the story.
If you are going with a PUG for a pledge assume that the people will try to do a speed run. They want the freaking KEY . They want to get their daily chores done... If you mention that you never done that dungeon a lot of people will accept to slow down a bit , explain boss mechanics etc. I have done that plenty of times. Some people may not and just kick you but that is the game and you can just get another group. It is on you to ask for people to slow down otherwise expect people to just zip trough it.

I'm one of those people who blitz through pledges. In part because I do four pledges a day, and in part because I've done them all so many times that there are no roses left to smell. But... um, have you tried to say something like "This is my first time here, so I'm also doing the dungeon quest."? Because I--and everyone I know--would slow down and wait for you, if we knew. You gotta communicate stuff like that.
