This is with 31k spell resistance, 24k physical resist buffed.
Literially dead within a second, no chance to even break free of the initial stun.
This needs balancing.
Why?
You admit you beat him in a stand up fight, but lost to the gank. It's situationally balanced. You win some, you lose some. You don't come crying foul because you lose some.
Because it's essentially saying that I a 'good ' pvp player can lose to an extemely low skilled player because they just use 3 button presses from stealth, literially the lowest morons could do that.
Infact that's what annoys me the most, is that these unskilled idiots can press 3 buttons, instantly win against anyone, and they abuse it, everytime you leave the base in sewers the same few people are there griefing others, they have no risk of losing tel var, they have zero skill (as said everytime I've actually seen them in cyro they get their ass kicked by anyone) but ganking and harassing is fine and what makes pvp balanced yeah?2 -

Blame PvE for that: DK (Tank), Temp (Healer), Sorc & NB (DPS)

Seriously this game doesn't need any more nerfs alright? Nerfs are dumbing the game down. Also, what you're describing is called Animation Cancelling (AC). All those 2-4 attacks done in a period of less than a second or so is what's broken and needs fixing as people can macro the :snip: out of AC to make it more 'efficient'. NBs are fine as they are.
I, however, do admit that I use AC in order to be competitive in PvP. People who use macro though are just incompetent little brats and I don't condone the use of macros.

This is not an issue, at least for me. Im not talking about the other attacks you see in the recap. Just the ambush + SA combo that hits for 20k. That's absurd. You don't even need to animation cancel to get 20k dmg in a second with a NB.0 -

Battle spirit could have worked, if we had 50% reduction and stayed at the vr14 power cap, with the bigger nerf to healing, and more importantly the fact that people can run around with 50% odd penetration for both spell and armor resist, there is no defence (other than shield stacking)
So really this is

ik you say you don't have the time to create one but I say casually make one play it so you can see the weaknesses first hand and build your main to counter that play style. could it take a while yes but if you do it slowly over time it wont feel like a burden trying to figure it out all at once
that's what I do when I keep dieing to a certain class. it used to be nightblades but then I started seeing how they work and my buddy got jumped by one he was like run its a good nb im like nah ill pick u up and kill him. and I kept the nb at bay long enough to revive my teammate and finish him off right after. not saying I can always do that but its all touch and go feel out the situation and stack your attacks/buffs/heals/ accordinglyEdited by Lightninvash on December 12, 2015 3:13PM0 -

You it seems are clearly not using Food Buffs like everyone else and what is your excuse for not using magelight to make it so they can't gank you? because magelight reduces damage you receive from all stealth related attacks by half.

I eat noob blades for dinner. But balance shouldn't be made around noob players like you for example. It should be balanced around good players. As a stamplar I can't beat a stamblade 1v1 if we're equally skilled. That's it.

You have never encountered a Tank in PvP before have you?
