Zos, any plans to nerf Nightblades? This is getting absurd...

Most people run around with 20k hp in Cyrodiil. New sets will come, cp cap will be increased this is only gonna get worse. Ambush + Surprise attack can be done in less than 1 second. 10k each and ive seen people hit harder. All this with 50% dmg reduction. Even if you survive that all it takes to kill you is fear + ult and you're good to go. So, any plans to nerf this class or you want to keep the easy mode in this game's pvp? I should just leave this game I don't have the time to lvl up a NB and laugh at everyone in pvp. This is not balance this is stupidity.



And please if all you want to do here is ''l2p scrub'' save your words. This class is taking away all the fun I had in this game. I wanna run around solo? get ambushed to death by 3 nb gankers. Wanna farm sewers? As soon as im low in health 3 nbs come to execute me, they fail? No problem just dissapear and wait until im low in health again.

The only way we can have some sort of balanca is if Templar gets some kind of uber skill like the other classes have : Sorc (stack shield) DK (deflect) NB (everything) so yeah thats what this game needs. I agree that NB is OP but still you can have a decent shot at killing him with a SORC or DK ofc.

You're all acting like 10k+10k dmg in less than a second is something normal. It's not. There's no excuse, no matter how you shouldn't be able to kill anyone in less than a second. That's not how balance works.

Personally I'd like to see a return to soft caps, and put a cap on each star in the CP tree, max of 5% bonus on anything. Bam, balanced. You can't just stack spell and weapon dmg or penetration. And it will bring a variety of armor sets and build back.

Got insta gibbed last night be a ganker a few times, I actually beat him several times whenever I saw him and it was a n0rmaly fight, but when he was ganking I had no chance.

8k Prox Det
6k lotus fan
8k concealed weapon
8k soul harvest.

This is with 31k spell resistance, 24k physical resist buffed.

Literially dead within a second, no chance to even break free of the initial stun.

This needs balancing.

Actually they should just extend the duration of the HoTs as there's a number of healing reducing skills out there. Honestly we had a pretty us full one before Blazing Shield. Temp has been tweek many many times from beta.

But Nb and burst damage(stealth/evading classes) are preferred playing class of many mmoers As long as they can be glass cannons with a easy escape button they wont change. theres the old saying of Rock paper scissor but yea with Temps its like throwing in wet noodle wet noodle loses to all lol

Also, I hate when people say ''NB are balanced, other 3 classes are the weak ones'' SO DUMB. Where's the logic in that? If one class is stronger than other 3 means it's op period.

Why?

You admit you beat him in a stand up fight, but lost to the gank. It's situationally balanced. You win some, you lose some. You don't come crying foul because you lose some.

As much as I agree; they don't take the feedback.
The Templar community, me included, has been feeding them information on how to up the Templar class for over half a year now, nothing has changed.
Same with nerf threads though, they won't listen to those either.
So both kind of posts are void really.

Couldn't agree more if you keep on nerfing for PvP PvE will get the middle finger. next thing you know the ONLY way to win VMSA is to roll a sorc and that will only last until they get nerfed then every class will only appear on the leaderboards twice a week like DKs. when the hell will it end when everyone is so damn weak in PvE you need a full group to kill a scamp!?

For me, magicka nightblade and stamina Dk are BALANCED classes.
Stamina Nightblades are overpowered.

Hey mate, I can hit for over 20k with wrecking blow easily using the "two-handed skill tree" which aint a Nightblade ability, ever thought that OP NB you speak of is using buffs from the two handed skill line and what not to bolster his own strength or maybe even a pot that bolsters weapon damage, not to mention they could be running hundings rage and 2 agilty rings with weapon damage enhancments on them which everyone can wear BTW, and that's why they are doing so much damage to you not because they are Nightblades, you want Nightblades nerfed yet all Nightblades can do (stamina NBs in particular) is stealth to deal as much damage as they can then attack you with everything they have hoping a fight ends sooner rather then later because one thing the class can't do is go on for as long as the other class's for their sustain relies n a move they have to cast every 10 seconds not to mention nearly everything in this game costs stamina, they can't shield stack as well as a Sorcerer, they can't heal themselves as well as a templer and they can't tank like a skilled DK, what they can do is deal damage in quicker succession but if they can't do that what can they do? seriously though a skilled player would know to use RADIENT MAGELIGHT, it will half all damage you take from stealth attacks.


And do you know why most gankers are NBs? because stealth is where there power lies, its far less likely your gonna be ganked by a DK but I have been ganked by a DK and its worse then being ganked by a NB, because if the NBs first Gank fails by not doing enough damage about 60% of the time their chances of winning go down the toilet, try fighting someone who has molten armor on that negates all armor resistance combined with ingenos weapons that boosts heavy weapon damage and getting hit by them via a heavy attack from stealth, or try getting attacked with take flight from out of nowhere followed by flaming talons that locks you down so you cant move and then a flame lash that deals 10k damage upfront for every hit and did I mention they may have proximately detonation on themselves so even if you dodge their flame whip, the explosion ill probably kill you. also don't forget some of us live in countries where the ping rate is so bad that the NBs combat speed many of the more dangerous NP players are known for just doesn't exist, if NBs got Nerfed anymore many of us would have to reroll as it is hard enough for us with horrible latency as it is, I for one can't even use Mass Hysteria in Combat because the latency is so bad, read that again, I CANT USE ONE OF THE NBS BEST ABILTIES IN COMBAT.

Brain level 99 thanks for this ultra news bro, really missed the uber heals geez my face is red. 10k Heals yes...nice...cant even spam it to save myself due to healing any random ally around me with lower HP. And yeah templar can heal himself yey for templar, let's make a game where everyone can heal without any dmg output yaaay. Have my heal give me your shield stack.
