MASSIVE fps drops.....

Don't have Minimap addon, still it's unplayable for me. Also just like on PTS every swap makes game freezing for a short time, i thought it on pts coz na latency, but....

Addons don't always have anything to do with it. I've never used addons and experienced a massive fps drop after the update (even in PvE zones like Bangkorai). I've updated my Nvidia driver, restarted the PC and it was still there. I've downgraded the video quality to Medium which has fixed it, but why would I have to do this?

I've not noticed anu FPS drops however I have noticed stuttering here and there where my game will freeze for 3-5 seconds.

It's not in your ESO folder. It's a Windows report for your computer. Here are the steps on how to create one.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I send you a message with the requested files attached. FYI, my fps has been in single digits, even after reloading the ui and removing several add ons including minimap

I previously created a thread in the PTS but it appears the issues still weren't fixed. AOE spammable abilities such as sap essence (primarily) & vigor (there may be others) have been causing me drastic combat lag!

I have disabled all my addons as mentioned above & went from 6 frames to 18 but still not at the 35-45 I was at before patch.
I even went as far as overclocking my graphics card, using the PTS setting we did (SET PlayerStandInsEnabled.2 "0"), as well as turning my graphics to absolute junk by turning sub sampling down to 1 (I already had turned down shadows)

Having huge fps swings from 60 - 9 and its not related to what is on my screen. I am on EU server - that happens in Stormhaven, Banished cells , new dungeons. Switched off all addons and still have those probs .
Besides fps swings i have ping swings as well but those two are no in direct correlation.

Game is unplayable... at least when I can actually get into the game as 90% of the loading screens I'm in end up freezing and crashing.

Disabled addons and updated my driver, still unplayable.

I'm running into the same issues with game performance and it's resulting neither from add-ons nor drivers; I'm even getting noticeable delays in quest log updates. Given that I wasn't experiencing any of these issues on live prior to the update, there's something in the update that's causing the problems. Note that I reported the same troubles (including repeated stuttering) on PTS and was ignored.

To be sure, it's also not my computer (i7 990x, GTX 690x2).

This is false information. I monitor memory usage among other things and ESO+system never consumes more than 6GB out of the available 16GB.

Same. 15-23 FPS, 400+ ping.

Started in Auridon, on to Stormhaven, on to Vet CoH, back to Stormhaven.

(Vet CoH was almost unplayable, and all group member reported the same)

Finally, came back to Auridon, Vulkel Guard, went in the enchanting station, and it all just cleared up.

US, DC. And this was before I ever set foot in Cyrodiil that day.

Addons didn't change anything. I even lowered video settings (though my rig has never had an issue running full Ultra) to no avail.

Yes, you have to turn off minimap... It is almost unplayable with it on... Actually, most add ons are not updated yet, and if you are experiencing any issues, you should disable them and log back on and see if there is any difference.

This has nothing to do with your available memory but rather what ESO grants to lua engine and how it is being managed. We have very limited ability to monitor and tweak that.

This is not true. Only enabled add-ons' saved vars are loaded.
