How about properly balancing the existing classes?

To be honest, I don't want new classes.
Instead, I'd love the option to be able to mix and match skills and passives from all classes and races, then give myself a title from a list (like Adventurer, Mage, etc).
I'd love to play as a Khajiit who excels in Destructive Staff while having the ability to throw a chain and pull enemies to me.
Just as an example.
Shaman. There are plenty of them already in game as enemy NPCs why not let us use those skills too?
Can't really make a class that is wholly designed for a single weapon skill line.
You have two options for classes that would use 2 handers, and one for an unarmed skill line... That shouldn't be how the classes work.
I was just thinking of classes that I thought the game was particularly lacking in, not to say that's all the game is lacking.
Just meaning those were off the top of my head that seemed interesting.

I Don't like your pole because i can only vote for one! A druid animal thing sounds awesome, a necromancer seems totally necessary, (templar seems like a monk imo)
I think a Nature (it would be green in mtg) skill/class thing would be sooo cool
