If someone would tell me as we are appraoching 50 plus hours since first report or problems, what is a reasonable amount of time for the tech staff to at least identify a problem that is keeping at least a portion of your subscritpion based consumers froma accesing your product?
And after identified what ia a reasonable amount of time to have information communicated to your customers.

Seriously there is zero sense of urgency or communication you could have your entire staff on overtime ordering fast food and gallons of coffee to the office or be on hold with a tech guy in India, not a single person who has posted here can tell the difference.
Friday Saturday and Sunday nights over 100 people who could find this thread have posted problems and you haven't even restarted the server or offered any communication to us besides post here answer these questions.
I'm on the fence over unsubscribeing based strictly on the lack of any sense of urgency or willingness to keep open channels of communication, going on three days and best I can tell four posts from anyone from company employees two of which being almost the same.
