We unlocked dyes with achievements. Would it be so strange to unlock certain cosmetic changes like hair styles with achievements.
I can appreciate that we are in a different world now that there is no more monthly payment, but lets be creative. The Crown store walks on the edge of Buy to Win, but cosmetics shouldn't matter. Either way, I'm excited to be able to change my character.
As long as we don't get something g crazy or lore breaking its all good. Don't need bright pink hair chick riding her frost horse naked around the world.
So, we have been told multiple times that the Barber Shop is currently being worked on. (YAY!!!)

Gold Sink:
When in the Barber Chair, players should be able to select one of the following for in-game gold (Prices are provided as examples)A fifth option should also be available
- 1000 Gold - Change Hairstyle
- 1500 Gold - Change Adornment
- 2000 Gold - Change Hair color
- 5000 Gold - Change Head/Body Marking
- Crown Store - New Styles
What I do not understand and maybe someone can explain it is why is everybody on a 'pay to change your looks' kick? Why is this not a 'free to change' item. What is the hesitation in allowing me to change the looks of MY character? The preview in the setup does not do justice to the actual end result.
Why should I be limited to either rolling a new character or living with mistakes? How does the ability to change appearance have an effect on anyone else in the game? Most of the time when you create a character you can not get a good feel for their appearance until you have played them for a while. Do the features work with the armor or does the voice fit, etc?
This should be a free option given to users.
How do my character decisions change anything for anyone else in the game?

Quite nice Ideas. One thing that jumped out at me though:
Take a zero off the end of those prices and I think you're getting closer to the mark of what they should be.
Changing body markings/head should be something different I think, not part of a 'barber'. Though I guess if we're talking more 'traditional' barbers, I can understand why it could be all in one place.
Also, new styles should be available to everyone, not in the crown store.
1000 Crowns - Character Alteration Token (Allows players to re-enter the Body & Face portions of the Character Creation system. It includes the ability to change hairstyle, adornment, hair color, body markings and head markings.)
I would gladly pay $100.00 to be able to change up my characters Body size, Hair style, and what not. (Basically just let us remake the character creation screen, but not change our race, class and alliance. Take my money please!!!

I agree @Alphashado. This is why my concept includes Gold Sinks not JUST Crown Store.
I do, however, disagree with new hair styles being available for gold. ZOS needs revenue. If everything were available for gold then players wouldn't have a reason to spend $ on ESO.
I'd be really excited to see total recustomization of appearance. As much as I've loved my chubby Dunmer, I'd like to take her in a different visual direction. All this time adventuring should have paid off by now, eh?
With certain barbers, depending on the race of the barber, they should only offer race specific haircuts. Particularly at the barber carts.
