Look at how long the 'data load error' has been around and remained unfixed and that may give you some idea how clueless they are when it comes to fixing crashes.tino.antoninieb17_ESO wrote: »How much more time ZOS needs to confirm that reason for numerous crashes people are experiencing is sitting on their side ?

Maybe you and the enemy were in 2 different phases? *shouldn't* happen, but could.

The amount of time it takes to fix these problems they are creating also has me wondering if they are just understaffed. I played both EQ and EQ2 for years and while there were frequently bugs, the ones that impacted game play to the point where you couldn't fight in combat effectively were taken care of immediately.

Yes I experienced the very same issue - divines having no impact on mundus effect.
This is currently on deck to potentially be fixed when we push patch v1.3.4 on Monday. Thanks for the reports!Dagoth_Rac wrote: »jasdistefanob14_ESO wrote: »I had an issue yesterday where the Divines trait on armor was not applying the effect. @ZOS_GinaBruno
I can third this. I have the Mage stone. Took on and off a pair of epaulets with Divines. No change in max magicka. I tried a bunch of different workarounds. Put on the epaulets, then activate mundus stone. Activate mundus stone, put on epaulets. No change in max magicka. Switched to Tower stone, which should have caused stamina to increase with the epaulets equipped. But repeating all the equip/unequip stuff above, could not get stamina to increase, either.

I played EQ from day 1 and 7 years ahead.
Took about a year to fix the zone problem...when you zone from one zone to another it could take 10!! mins.
"bugs" always came after each week patch, and was taken cared of, just like here.
However, EQ, which I think still think was the best MMO ever, had far less "parts" then ESO.
Also, EQ was class based. The "bugs" that EQ had was falling through the world, getting stuck, mobs not visible, mobs stuck in a wall, A boss didnt work as intended.
In easy terms, EQ had about 10 moving parts in the game that could effect eachother when you change 1.
ESO have 50.
And btw. Combat been fine for me. Not everyone have the combat problem.

That fantastic that you have not had the combat problem. I guess I should just stop complaining since you don't have the problem. My post isn't about a boss not working or someone falling through the world once in a while. I am talking about people not being able to switch their weapons in combat. I don't mean a couple people, but rather a great deal of people. This is not something that only happens infrequently either. It was literally happening to me about 70% of the time last night when I played. That has a huge impact on the game and it should get a hotfix. That's not something you put off till the next scheduled maintenance. That's sort of like seeing your check engine light turned on and smoke coming out of your hood but deciding to wait till you get your oil changed in a month to fix it. I'm not really sure how you can defend this unless you honestly just don't see the problem.

Defend? I played EQ 24/7, work, sleep, play eq. For 7 years almost. I sat there for 15 mins starring in the spellbook to meditate back mana. I wiped for 2 hours before setting up in plane of fear. I woke the sleeper (Hell that was awesome!)
Problems always came on patch day. Raid guilds, like ours never had raids on wednesdays, but on thursdays when the fix for the patch came.
Patch was 9 hours or more btw. How long is ESO down? Few hours?
There was problems and EQ fixed them quicker. AGAIN. EQ have 10 parts. ESO 50. Do the math.
Your car reference is ludicrous. I don't mind discussing this with you, but the way you posting simply shows a major lack of understanding of MMO technical side. Why dont you ask if you do not know? If your weapon swap in combat didnt work, but others did....ever think about why? Or just blame the game right away?

Right now I have a severe handicap while playing, in that I am not able to swap weapons without there being a good chance that it will break my ability to actually use the weapon. I didn't code the game so I'm going to assume it's on their end. Given the severity of the issue I'd say it's deserving of a hotfix. I'm really not sure how to make my point any more clear.
There are a number of issues being seen with weapon swapping, including the incorrect weapon being displayed and the weapon being unsheathed when it should be sheathed.
STATUS: Potentially fixed in patch v1.3.4

Never said it wasn't a problem. I said maybe not blame the game right away if it doesn't effect other players. It could be your side. It could be many things.
Unless you missed it, they are fixing problems. But they are not fixing YOUR problem, right NOW.
This is way off topic, and being rude gets you nowhere. There are a number of issues being seen with weapon swapping, including the incorrect weapon being displayed and the weapon being unsheathed when it should be sheathed.

I agree, this is a severe problem and should be hotfixed, but maybe they still working on it?
Also, since half the playerbase isn't effected by this, its a hard call to bring down servers for a few hours even if I think they should. I wouldnt mind at all. But LOADS of others would. No caring for them I guess?
You can be just as good without weapon swapping. Better even, you have to adapt to be really good with 1 bar.
