Known Issues for Update 3

    Leveled Reverse Slash (Two-Handed weapon line) to IV and got the message "Reverse Slash Can Now Be Morphed" on my screen.

    In fact, it cannot be morphed as the little icon (that you click to select which morph you want) simply does not appear. The exp bar for Reverse Slash is indeed full, but there's no way to actually morph it.

    I've leveled this skill (and morphed it) on other characters, but cannot on this character. It hit IV today, and I suspect it's just another patch issue.

    Just letting you all know the first post was just edited and many of the statuses for existing issues have been updated.

    Thats nice but how about an update on the Leeching Strikes issue.
    Yet again the NB class is taking a hit this time with the new update. Also any issues that were potentially fixed like the Bow should be put out in a Hot Fix not in the next Patch that will be released whenever.

    Guild Rank permissions were hotfixed according to OP but are still not working properly. In my guild I am still unable to create or edit ranks.

    Magma armour fix is pushed back for another patch and not 1.3.4 it seems. I can understand that some might consider other bugs to be more important, but would it be possible to include it in 1.3.4 since you have found what the problem is, or at least get an ETA about when it is going to get dealt with?

    PLEASE let this game have a ingame framerate limiter, so people can play on mobile devices as well. Something like fps_max, can`t be that complicated !

    i noticed that my bow attacks don't work, i'd shoot an npc but would only get their attention without doing any damage. Aside from that i don't notice anything else

    Ok tested and CONFIRMED now - the "Crushing" glyph is affecting Swallow Soul and Ambush functionality.

    All abilities operate as per normal without Crushing applied.

    Once Crushing is applied Swallow Soul is only able to tick for 3, 5, or 10.

    Once Crushing is applied Ambush does NOT apply any dmg bonus..

    Regarding Magma Armor:

    On the day of the patch it was ticking for around 300-400 damage. Sounds like a lot, but the skill only lasts 10 seconds. That's not insane dps for an ultimate.

    Yesterday, and today, however it ticks for only around 40 damage. For 10 seconds. Also, at least in PVP, the damage reduction portion of the ability doesn't seem to be working. I was taking heavy damage from attackers even when it was active. This is pretty worthless as an ultimate. Am I bugged? Is the ability bugged? What is the correct amount of damage it should do?

    I have the corrosive armor morph.

    So why is magma armor (and other ultimates not listed) still showing potentially fixed in a future patch? Theyve been reported not scaling off of everything anymore and doing normal damage now. Something was done server side during thursdays maint to fix it (hmmmmm), My magma armor is back to hitting ~70 a second, and bat swarm ~250/s.

    The problem now is that the tooltip is still showing the damage with them scaling off of every stat, but not doing that much damage, and needs tooltip fixings.

    Also an unlisted bug, there is a problem where you cant keep your change to mundas stone bonus. People trying to switch Mundas stones (usually changing from The Warrior to something else) go back to the previous mundas stone upon zoning or logging out.

    i just guess. but it caps the incoming damage with 3% of your health right? sooooo... DK will remain the same and be tank+dps still? i mean its a tanking skill above all of your tanking skills, and since from begining, you can tank heal and do damage at the same time, you got standard for nice dmg ulti, and you want magma armor to do more dmg while you are in godmode?
    Zeni, just remove all class and let DK alone in the game pls.

    The gear you obtain from Trials (Difficult Mode) is currently Bind on Equip, which is not intended. The gear should be Bind on Pickup. There are also related issues with gear you receive from the regular Trials.
    STATUS: Potentially fixed in patch v1.3.4

    I'm not a trial runner and I'd rather not run trials. I was looking forward to the 8% feat cost reduction from the Ophidian set. Will this basically will force me to run trials content in order to get the 8% feat cost reduction set bonus for my NB? ZOS, you do understand that 8% spell cost reduction is on a low trait crafted set? Are there any other sets that offer feat cost reduction for stam builds? Am I really playing Elder Staves Online, again?

    Still "actively investigating" the memory leak. Once again RvR/PvP is a second-class citizen. I remember GW2 haemorrhaging players due to this...

    Fix your game, stop with the freaking features. The imperial city will be worthless if everyone has quit by then.

    Check your priorities, they are completely out of whack.

    This^ And it isn't even just PVP'ers that are suffering. Many, many of us are experiencing frequent out-of-memory crashes in PVE as well, though admittedly it happens much faster in Cyrodiil.

    Fixing this should be priority #1 for ZOS, because as you said, they are going to end up losing players because of this. Players who otherwise might have stayed loyal to the game for a long time!

    I too remember GW2 losing players because of memory leak problems and bad performance in pvp. They've got a handle on it now, but some say too little too late.

    Sad that 1.3 is worse than 1.2 was. Not just that the class ballance failed, they did not what they promised, but didnt fixed issues what causing game almost unplayable for some, and completly unplayable to a lot ppl. Schedule or not, 1.3 was just too early for release.
    And testers told that it should not go live... but whatever... i know its impossible, but reroll the patch and focus on fix could be better, then polish 1.3 before releasing it. even if it takes a week

    "Update 3 just went live and I am noticing this much more frequently. 1 out of 10 mobs I kill either:

    1) health bar desynchronizes upon initiation of combat and stays 100% until they just... stop moving. 2-3 seconds later they fall over and die.

    2) health bar reacts to damage as expected. Upon reaching 0% they just stand there for 2-3 seconds as I fruitlessly fire off attacks attempting to "finish off" an already dead but standing corpse. Then they fall over.

    *Note: This is not a latency issue. Monitoring my latency during these "situations", I am running 90fps on ultra-high settings the entire time.

    This appears to be a, client side, lag in death animation coupled with intermittent health bar desynchronization.

    Can anyone else confirm these occurrences?"
    But i got it for every mob,dont see ranged dmg+ranged effects on ranged distance,its ok for dmg from melee distance

    regarding the uselessness of the bow about which i (and many more) posted earlier i found some kind of workaround that at least worked for me, namely unequipping all weapons (both sets), leaving inventory, activating combat mode (without weapons), and "sheathing" my fists again, then re-equipping them, and i try to avoid switching as this messes it up again it seems... at least sometimes, sometimes not.
    but i was able to play the whole yesterday with bow again without hassle, even switching weapons to set2 dual daggers worked, and switching back the bow STILL worked (i held my breath for that :D )

    another thing is equipping stuff, then switching weapons, shows incorrect stuff... example.. i picked up a cuirass and wanted to check its looks so i equipped it. swapped weapons to set 2 and unequipped it, put back on my old armor. i dismantled the "new" found armor (or sell it), but everytime i swap weapons to set2 its "equipped", or showing that new armor i dont posess anymore, but in inventory its still my usual old armor. solution: unequip old (and only) armor , re-equip it.

    its bit weird, propably has something to do with the code-changes necessary with the dying system.

    I think the bow desyncing problem has to do with the weapon swapping change. Health bars desync when you shoot them when the bow comes out incomplete. No arrow comes out from your bow.

    I agree, this should be a priority. Lots of people in my PvP guild, including myself, are really suffering from this. I can 't play Cyrodiil for more than about 30 minutes.

    Edit: ignore this post. I did not know that the mats sent was tied to what level of mats I had spent points in. Duuuh! :)

    I might be crazy - but it seems to me that the miner hireling has always sent me junk compared to the other hirelings. Some of that is due to my metalworking level being slightly lower level than my others.

    I am VR12 and was running low on Rawhide. Attempted to acquire (Rawhide) from Animals in the lower level zones of StoneFalls, Deshaan and Shadowfen. Not one animal killed produced any material at all. I tried for an hour and a half.

    Yeah, this problem seems to be similar to the issue with guts not dropping from small critters. They seem to have removed the ability to get any loot at all from mobs that are more than 5 levels lower than you, whereas before you could get crafting materials from them.

    This problem is acknowledged in their "known issues" thread at least. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next patch.

    You are right, they send mats according to how many points you've spent in metalworking etc, thank you. :)
