    My authorized $14.99 subscription, charged my card $16.04. I will be contacting Visa fraud department tonight. I think its time to ask them to audit their PCI and PII compliance.

    No fraud there at all. If you are in the States, that is a State tax and ZOS has no control over that.

    Well havent checked my bank yet but have received two emails saying been charged, so looks like this may have happened to me also

    FFS, double charged. Man WTF. I'm down $30. 2x $15 charged on my account.

    These guys are just unbelievable. I try and find reasons to like this game and then there is always ten other reasons to just put you into a rage.

    Zenimax... on top of the issues in the game, bad CS... you can't even charge correctly. Just lol.

    I have similar situation like above. Money from bank account were locked for transaction, but they didn't reach the ZOS. Now I will have to unlock them somehow... Additionaly I can't even use the Game Time Code, because it is mark as invalid, whereas I'm quite sure that my seller is checked and honest. Of Coure, I already have send email to support with this issue.

    I'm very upset - tried to give Zenimax the benefit of the doubt for reserving a full 30-day subscription amount on my card at launch (when I should only been charged when free 30 days were up).

    The money has not been released to me as of yet, and today they tried to charge a subscription to my account which declined (because I didn't expect them to charge me again this month).

    I mailed customer support about this. I now tried to activate another subscription so I can enjoy my Saturday morning playing this fantastic game and it reserved another 2 x 30 day subscription amounts on my card.

    Effectively I have now had funds removed for 3 x 30 day subscriptions from my bank account when I should only have had funds for 1 x 30 day sub taken out after the 30 days free time was up.

    Not impressed at all!

    This ! This is my problem. Called bank - they told money are on hold waiting for confirmation from payment reciever. If they won't get confirmation money will return to me, but the waiting procedure takes 9 days.
    Threfore no teso for me till they get confirmation or in worst case scenario off with this game as if game problems are not enough now I have headache with billing
    PS your 5 days gamecode was applied automaticaly

    My husband is locked out of his sub, coz they tried to charge his debit card TWICE but he had enough for one sub, but due to them double dipping, they decided to cancel his sub even though they took his money the first time. And he is still waiting for them to re-activate his account and being a saturday for us, he has been unable to log on ALL bloody day. You would think that one payment went through he is entitled to have his account active but NO!!! This is so unfair and nothing but a nuisance.

    Looks like im a victim of beeing double charged aswell. Had a look at my bank statement today, and sure enough 678.460.4893ELDRSCROLS is listed twice. Zenimax, what are you doing??

    Here's the issue, i now have 99dkk reserved on my bank acocunt which i can't even touch till june, those were earmarked for ESO, I'm not going to lock out more of my money just because ZoS can't get their S*** together.

    So umm Zenimax, do you just not want my money? because i'm sure there are other games dev's out there who'd be happy to take it.

    Add me to the list. I got locked out earlier due to this debacle so I couldn't post. I got payments refused on PayPal and visa, when I finally got it to go through, they charged me twice for a total of £18. Altogether my bank is down over £50!

    I'll have to double check to confirm, but my bank outright declined the charge to Zenimax. However, I can still use my card for all other purposes. My bank has a history of declining suspicious charges. They must not like the double charging.

    Oddly enough, the decline email was followed by another 5 day playtime code redemption.

    Yeah if the first transaction failes the system tries again, and Banks are like WOOAAAAAAHHH.

    Add me to the list, email to say payment failed, there were funds available. Tried to pay with PayPal but zenimax returned it, can't pay it with credit card as they are trying to take £0.00! What a total joke. Day off and cant play, and now I have to wait 5 days for the payment they returned to go back in my bank. Just Pre ordered wildstar and WoD.

    Opened a ticket at 7am BST, got an email asking for my security question answer, nothing since.

    Wow I didnt get charged twice, but today I get an email telling me my payment was declined so I just went and re entered my payment information to see if it would work the second time. No money was taken the first time, but now after trying to subscribe a second time it tells me its been declined yet they still took my money! Now I dont have enough money to subscribe! I only had enough of my card for 90 days and now I got no money and no sub! Please fix!

    I've had this issue but also not had any more game time added either so I can't play despite having paid twice. Had a couple fail because I only had enough for one payment in there.

    Well, glad you are investigating. Add me to the list. Used a visa debit card that I put just enough on to cover the sub. Waaay back on April 12th ZOS put a hold for the whole amount on my account that was never released or refunded back to my card. Told myself that "I'm sure they have something as important as this sussed out." Sure enough...Just tried to charge my card twice...which was declined because the funds aren't there...because you already took them. I kept all the relevant emails from that time. Have all my online receipts...and am submitting a ticket. Sad that I knew in the back of my mind it was gonna be scrood.

    Is it possible that you will give as some game time (e.g. 1-2 days) on our accounts, just for the time you are investigating? For me you can later substract it from the time, which we will buy when it will be possible to do it. Usually I have more time for playing only in weekends...

    i was scheduled to be charged today May 10th and haven't seen a charge yet but on my remaining game time it says "You have < 1 days of game time remaining." i chose the 30 days sub.

    Me too, I'm assuming any moment now they're try to take payment twice like everyone else they seem to be doing it.

    Add me to the list. I set up a sub for 6 months game time but it was declined yesterday and my account locked. I re entered the sub, which went through fine. But now 2 payments of $77 are on hold in my bank. :( Need the second money back to pay bills please.

    *edit I have just gotten my ticket back with no additional info marked solved. even though there are still 2 pending 6 month subs on my bank account.
