I disagree honestly. Your not a tank . your a utility or your a DPS that has a taunt.noe of any player type tank knowledge is required there are no Pulling techniques.
With the very shoddy CC mechanics in this game its more and more just an AOE DPS that taunts . The system needs work for sure im not gonna scream that Zos recreated the role and made it better if anything they watered it down . Light armor and Resto Destro staff for the win on all fronts.

Actually there are pulling techniques. You have to aggro and interupt and kite based on unit types 2h,1h,mage,mender,archer,boss,summoned adds. if you pull a mob and dont interupt or kite the archers, they can special attack for 2.4k damage on the whole party so they must be interupted and/or kited away from the group throughout the fight. Thats just one many tactics that are required to tank well and if you dont know this then you havent learned to tank.

Really son. Ive cleared every four man. Trash is los to choke points spam rune and aoe. Ive got no clue wtf your doing but it sounds like
You dont know how to tank. Trials are just 8dk aoe. 2 or 3 sorc heals and a templar.And what you outlined are not pulling techniques. Interupts are for big attacks and do not work on Bosses FYI not for pulling.As for the chargers all it is is taunt and hold Block. As for your archers if your running around like a chicken with your head cut off kiting thier big hit id imagine your DPS is not doing their jobs lol. i Sheild charge them knock them down and DPs has them killed before they are up.As far as im concerned i am doing just fine as i have all the actually working achievments in the dungeons including speed runs, and some of them that don't even update. but what i am refering to for pulling is body pulling with out adding everything in the room , Wayrest sewers is a perfect example of a completely shoddy Social aggro system. things that have no line of sight of the mobs your pulling let alone the PC pulling them add . Its a *** cluster of nonsense that requires nothing but AOE and Volcanic runes. the chain is useless it was certainly intended to be a pulling tool .
