Because apparently 350k people clicked 'subscribe' on Youtube. :P

*protip* If you don't like the game /cancel sub before your 30 days are up and exit state left.
Let those of us who enjoy the game use this forum to help new players, not discourage them.

Yeah....remember when Star Wars Galaxies first came out? or hell Ultima? Everquest? 90% less whining and moaning, and 99% less trolls too
In all honesty, I think it's a generational thing.
I would be willing to stake money on my observation that most of the whiners seem to fall into the 16-25 year old demographic.
People who were around and sentient during the early MMO days were enthralled by every little change they made. Just being on EQ1 was like magic.
That sense of appreciation doesn't really fade over time. Every little step forward the gaming industry makes incites further awe. And why shouldn't it? We're using electricity and metal to transmit realistic video around the world with milliseconds of latency.
But for someone who grew up with an iPhone in their hand and a laptop in front of them from age 8 onward, it's a lot harder to make an impression. They want perfection, they want it yesterday, and they want it connected to Facebook and Youtube seamlessly -- and they want it for free.

That their entertaining not knowledgeable - I'm Canadian so I can use a hockey comparison: the most popular commentator on hockey up here is Don Cherry, but he's completely out of touch and hasn't much of a clue about the finer details of the sport. He just sticks to what he thinks the game should be like and provides and entertaining interlude. Doesn't mean I actually care about what he thinks.
Oh noes, some random internet dude I've never heard of is annoyed at the bugs in this game.
He did state that he explored the entire zone to look for the quest(s) as opposed to just going straight to Kragenmoor. The quest did exist he abandoned it, and his first thought was to go to kragenmoor which is after virak, which is not only indicated by the quest givers themselves but also the journal he was following that is in his quest journal, knowing full well the bugs that are going on and he abandoned one thinking to do it later without possible consequence?
And you do not have to be a "whinny little brat" to be inconsequential
@Shimond More alarming to me are the cult-like followers who think everything this guy says is golden. It's one thing for the guy to release quality videos about the game (if indeed they are that). It's another for people to get to a point where they let this guy make decisions for them.
It's like when a big-name movie star comes out and puts out some ignorant opinion on a hot societal topic. I might love the movie star to death - doesn't mean I'm going to side with their opinion.

You know what? I just checked my profile and I have over 200 agrees now! I wonder if I can get my own cult...

Believe you me, once people like Force start highlighting this bug fest then the nasty stuff is really going to hit the fan. All you need now is for TotalBiscuit or Angry Joe etc to get on the case and FTP here we come.

This is my problem with fanbois.
This gamer on youtube had more viewers than MOST shows on msnbc or cnn and the ones that are ahead of him are only just.
No show on msnbc or cnn has even a million viewers.

Are you kidding me your probably the biggest fanboy of this force guy. Lmao, he has an opinion of a game, an OPINION. We all entitled to our own, but if you aren't going to play a game because of someone else's opinion, then I'm sorry for you. ESO, is still a new game and of course bugs will arise, but they will get them fixed. And No ZOS probably doesnt give a Damn about some reviewer who's repeating issues that I'm sure they've already heard of.

What matters is that there are major bugs that needs to be ironed out ASAP. The guy in the video isn't calling doom on TESO. That's the OP's attitude. This Force guy is calling Zenimax Online out because the replies he got from them were far from helpful (I'm not saying customer service is bad but, really, the reply he got from them was awful) and now he's blocked from what he wants to do due to a bug that could take weeks to rectify.
Buggy or not, should content like an entire zone be locked by a specific quest? How is that serving role playing? This is more than dealing with the consequences of your choices... Is your character gaining anything for being blocked from this content?
The guy wants to access a zone he needs to get to in order to continue progressing through the game. The how or why is irrelevant. Is it bugged? Was it intentional? Was he to blame? Was Zenimax to blame? Did the server borked out? Who cares? This kind of situation shouldn't exist in an MMO.
Force even mentions that a friend of his is lost interest in the game due to this. How many more are going to go through the same problems? How many will stay?
I'm not calling doom on the game or anything but this -IS- important.

And if they tell you to jump of a cliff do you do that also?
Never have i been influenced by a youtube 'personality' (basement dwelling nerd) or a game review. I tend to let myself decide whether I like or dislike a game.
Try to have some integrity and make your mind up rather than follow the opinions of others.
