Yes defending and holding keeps require numbers.... but with all the quests in cyrodiil it really is what you make of it. I have a small group that hunt questers and mineral miners. Its fun. But the main ape t of this game is AvAvA just dont join the big battles and youll have a different experience.

I have just received a refund. Sadly I wish this game would explore more on its PvP elements as it has very good potential though.
Arenas kill world pvp. They will never kill their game off for arenas. Is there anything other than zerg pvp? I like this game, alot. This is my first time really exploring into the realm of the elder scrolls, I am even playing all the older games.
I am not asking for open world pvp but maybe some battlegrounds 4v4 or 8v8 which pinpoints objectives a bit more. Not saying to get rid of the AvAvA but would be nice to get some fair numbers and not have to run around for an hour to find a couple people only to end up ganking.

Arenas do not kill PVP. Devs' work and players' attitude is what kills it, if anything.

So if large scale pvp is the only option. Not going to be much point.

A lot of people happy without it to be honest. The balance needed for it just causes more nerfs than not.
So i guess if small scale pvp does not happen, this game is not for them.

Pretty much like saying that guns don't kill people, people kill people...
Whilst I agree with your post in essence, the fact remains that there isn't a game around where both Arena and OWPvP have both happily flourished together.

If small scale pvp does not happen. Then thats a problem.
As that was specifically advertised and what the purpose of the resource farms were supposed to be for.
And the pve aspects having the risk of pvp in them.
That disregards alot of things that are supposed to be together in Cyrodil. it is not supposed to be just large scale pvp in cyrodil. As that was what advertised and what brought alot of people into the game for the pvp to begin with. The options of not only large scale pvp.
"massive pvp battles"
There is so much to do you just have to use your imagination.

If that is true it means most players prefer it. Not a good argument.
