This month 23/28 rewards are consumables...2 are currency, and 3 are furnishings.

We are working on some upgrades and those are taking longer than anticipated. So we need the extra time to make sure everything updates properly and we have proper time to test before we open the servers again. We know this is frustrating, but thank you for your patience while we work on this.

Still not a big deal. Potions/poisons you can craft better ones. Food & drinks you can craft better ones. Repair kits you can get from do writs. xp scrolls... there is a craftable consumable for that and I have little need since all my characters are champ levels. Instant research I don't need because my crafter toon already has most trait researched.
Point is not rewards to depend on.

That's a lot of testing.
February 5, 12:00AM EST (5:00 UTC) - 8:00PM EST which is (February 6, 1:00 UTC)

No. Feb 5th 8:00pm EST which is equal to Feb 6th 1:00 UTC. You read it incorrectly.

20 hours of maintenance...
Any plan to make the daily reward claimable? I'm not even gonna mention the seals of endeavors, but other similar games offer some kind of compensation or allow daily rewards to be claimed regardless when access is limited (to 2 hours in the dead of night for EU players in this case).
This couldn't have been done on a test environment prior to just pushing it to production?
