I'm not the one struggling to stay online here.
EDIT: Xbox NA from Australia - no connection. VPN to Dallas though, and it's all good. Better than our usual connection in fact.
EDIT EDIT: Nope. Spoke too soon. RIP.

I am in Australia and tried to VPN directly to Dallas, TX as well, that is where the NA server is correct?
I would not even be surprised if it was related to the server hardware itself being faulty.

Okay, so why not phrase it:
The age panel is required to make sure we are not collecting information from minors. No way around that. It to keep everyone safe.

We had a night where basically the entire Asia pacific region couldn’t play in prime time (Sunday night) and again earlier today (still a weekend for other regions.) I understand getting DDOS’d is not ZOS’s fault or the servers fault, and issues happen sometimes, but these are not one-offs. It seems like they’re being targeted nearly weekly at this point, I could count six or seven separate incidences in the last couple of months alone where everyone is repeatedly kicked offline like this.
If there’s going to be an evening per week (or even every 2 weeks) where we aren’t going to be able to play properly due to DDOS, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for paying customers to be notified if the service they’re paying for is having frequent issues and if ZOS has been doing anything to try and resolve or reduce the frequency.

Yeah those two nasty hops are back fighting off the bad actors. Sad this happens so often. Hopefully it won't last long.
Yup. To be fair to ZoS when they are getting DDOSed like this I don't think it's fair to call out the performance. Just not a whole lot you can do when someone is big mad and just attacks you week after week after week.
Bangkorai getting lots of delayed key press issues.
It sounds like things are moving in the right direction for PVP and grouping.
