I hope for furniture slots increase

At least double (or more), and make Special furnishings count as normal furniture. I want to place much more of my pets and mounts in house than it's currently possible!

The "something spectacular" is the house itself. The mystery is about the "something special" at which the house could be hinting. I suppose "special" is beneath "spectacular", so here are a few ideas:

- an upcoming grindfest for new furnishings that fit the house's style;
- the house is related to whatever is coming out on the 4th quarter;
- some new furnishing vendor will be added to the game next to Zanil Theran, thus explaining the banner that was added next to his spot in Coldharbour;
- Todd Howard himself will autograph our houses. Don't ask how, it just works!
- we won't get to decorate the house because we'll actually be slave labor for the mine. Note the text didn't say to whom this would be special...

I hope the special thing is an increase to how many houseguests and pets we can put in the houses. Not much point in buying more houseguests if you can't fit them in your house anyway.

First thing that came to mind was more thieves guild content, maybe for the DB too while they're at it. We already know we won't be getting a Q4 DLC so that's out. The only other thing it could be is a Hammerfell themed pvp mode, or just a new map
for it there. Unless the hint is that it's about housing, not Hammerfell, in that case maybe they've found a way to upgrade the housing system, that would be most welcome.

I know you're joking but I have in the kind of asked for the last one. In the sense of our homes being more in the world than just a doorway to an instance. Like if I change anything about a home's exterior which I can see from the outside, that's never reflected in what I see outside of my instance. So I tend not to touch that stuff.

So I'm +1 for porch sitting.

I really don't think it'll be TES6, eso is still a successfull cash cow, and as people have already said, the target audience overlaps too much.

I have very low expectations when it comes to zos, so my guess for "something spectacular" is the connection the house provides between the Alik'r Desert and Bangkorai.

Guys please, this'll have nothing to do with the next chapter or, god forbid, TES:VI. It's most likely gonna be some kind of hidden cache of furnishing items that you find as you explore the home or a ton of seals of endevour lurking somewhere. Or maybe some cool feature that housing players have been wanting. This is labled a 'housing spotlight' after all.

I don't think they're hinting at something more to come, only either the subterranean part of the house, or that both Bangkorai and Alik'r are accessible from the house. Maybe don't overhype...?

47910d and Stuck in Combat have finally been acknowledged, but not fixed.

You can no longer port to your house for free, it's now perma-bugged due to new QoL update changes.

All acounts have been copied to the PTS, permanently. You are all now "Official" testers on the Live PTS server.

I had some more ideas. I haven't read through the thread again today, so apologies if these are repeats.

-A furniture dye system, where we can select colors for certain pieces using dyes we have obtained (I can dream >.>;)

-A marketing system, where we can set up NPC shops to sell things directly within our houses, similar to a system Mabinogi had for it's housing.

-A system which allows us to purchase and add furnishing slots, both for gold and for crowns.
