Clearly, this isn't a priority for them. If it was, they would've delayed the console maintenance for this.
"It won't be until Thursday because we have these other unrelated things that we have to do." Okay, I get that. But that also means that those other things have higher priority, which means that this is NOT a priority issue for them.
I don't care what empty platitudes they have to offer: unless they're dropping everything else to get this fixed, this isn't a priority. Period.

To be entirely fair to ZOS, the console maintenance is pretty urgent from what I've heard about the severe crashing issues they're experiencing. What is wild to me is that they don't have the manpower to do both.

I have really been trying hard to be patient with the situation, but this is getting intolerable. I have tried to use the account they gave us, but it is missing so much that it is really tiring to use.

I've basically only been playing on PTS at this point. The takes from people that "well you should just use that free account they gave you to farm the event" are just so frustrating. They've clearly never been faced with starting from scratch and how much is just not accessible in those early stages. If I don't get my account back, I would never start over, I would literally just quit the game.

However, a week ago on Monday, ZOS assumed that ZOS would be able to check the blocked accounts individually.
and have refrained from a complete server rollback.
Despite the fact that they are busy with Gold Road on the current PTS.
As the person affected, you can no longer have any understanding.
No matter what ZOS does, the whole thing was a PR disaster. It's just a question of how big.
Just as a note, it is not guaranteed that the accounts will be unblocked on Thursday. But just that this is the earliest point in time.
I bet 50k gold ingame on EU on Wednesday or Thursday it will be called. Sorry...the next time is Monday.

At this point, I'd suggest they strongly consider bringing Jubilee back for ~10 days later in the year and when they do that, maybe loosen up those Style Page drop rates. Wins all around.

I LOVE this!
How about just extending the Jubilee starting on the 25th - add another week or maybe two weeks? Assuming the locked accounts are actually restored on the 25th (please please please), then they would have the chance to earn tickets/purple boxes as well as buy the cake slices for the achievement, buy cake furnishings/fragments, and utilize that extra XP.
At the same time, greatly increasing the drop rate for the highly sought after style pages to help ease the frustration for players missing style pages despite grinding for them, while providing a few more days to collect.
Wins all around! Then at last, perhaps peace and genuine Jubilee celebration.
@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno - please pass along to the team(s) working on these issues for consideration, thank you!!

Actually going to disagree with this. I think it would be an awful idea at the moment due to the amount of burned out players. Whether you are locked out like me or just on your 500th geyser. I don't think it is a bad idea if it were done as a make up event later in the year but let's not extend this event any more than it currently is.
