    Two Templar bugs for now:

Repentance/Radiant Aura is still broken so that when it's slotted, corpses glow even when they're unusable and the skill is greyed out. This has been going on for multiple updates now. It's been bugged like this in previous years, and it's been fixed before. Please fix it again. (I believe this might also be an issue with Necro and Werewolf.)

Cruel Flurry doesn't work properly with Radiant Destruction. It increases the tooltip as it should, but it only applies the extra weapon and spell damage to the third of the three damage ticks, whereas it should apply to all three.

    Templar's Restoring Spirit:

Breton and Templar cost reductions combine additively (7% + 5% = 12% cost reduction for magicka skills), whereas Imperial and Templar cost reduction appear to combine multiplicatively (0.95 * 0.94 = 0.893, rounded up to 0.9 for a 10% cost reduction for applicable skills?). If Breton and Templar combined multiplicatively, they'd only yield 11% reduction (0.93 * 0.95 = 0.8835, rounded up to 0.89 for 11% reduction). Either Imperial + Templar is not getting enough reduction or Breton + Templar is getting too much.

Restoring Spirit also doesn't reduce the cost of core combat abilities. Since the sorc Unholy Knowledge passive explicitly states it doesn't apply to core combat abilities, either Restoring Spirit should apply to them or its tooltip needs to be updated to reflect the fact it doesn't.

I love the new Stalking Blastbones buff, but it acts inconsistently.

Usually after it procs on me, I can use siphon and it creates the siphon on me (Mystic or Detonating both work same way), and the siphon AOE follows me around (great !). However, sometimes when moving away from the spot I was hit, if I look back to where the proc occurred (skeleton body is on the ground) and cast siphon, it uses a tether instead of being centered on me ). Trying to perform tests using the same distance from the proc location, and looking back at the skeleton on the ground, siphon usually procs on me but sometimes creates a tether to the skeleton.

I really prefer having it centered on me, but either way it seems like it should be consistent.

Overall I LOVE this change along with the buff it creates. I could never get Necro BB to consistently work in the past (in content) so I never played Necro. I tried this out on trial dummy and my dummy parse has gone up about 10k (tested Rele+Nirn 105k), and even better it should work in actual content now.

New Grave Lord's Sacrifice necromancer skill doesn't buff Soul Assault's damage by 20%, despite Soul Assault being damage over time and getting buffs from other DoT buffs such as Cruel Flurry set.

    Necromancer sustain is horrible.

The two tethers are extremely buggy due to the corpse mechanic problems that the class is still plagued with, being that there are oftentimes corpses lying about that are lit up yet can’t be accessed.

Seeing how the class is trapped with those tethers, I would love for one of the only ways to escape them to be fixed.

Roksa the Warped monster set and the Death Dealer’s Fete antiquity are in conflict and are not working, making sustain solutions a nightmare for the class, please consider fixing the way those two sets are interacting.

Ambush has a 0.4s cast time.

    Toppling doesn't have cast time.
    Streak doesn't have cast time.
Crit rush doesn't have a cast time.
    Chains has no cast time.
Silver leash has no cast time.

Ambush should be a blink without cast time.
Here $15, goat mount please. Not gambling or paying 45 : lol :
20% base speed for high ping players.
Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

Templar's burst ability threshold is still too high please reduce it.

Please fix this ability (Backlash) the amount of damage needed to reach the 200% damage bonus for this ability and its morphs is impossible to reach in PVP.

Corpses are still bugged on the PTS.

Corpses that you didn't contribute to creating (say, an enemy that dies due to some other player) are lit up to indicate that they are consumable but are not consumable unless you toss down a fresh corpse into the pile.

This bug is very easy to replicate. Have two people not grouped. Person A kills a mob. Person B (a necro, Templar, or WW) will see the corpse as consumable but will not be able to interact with it unless a fresh corpse created by Person B is thrown down next to it.

Does the Sacrificial Bones buff for the Necro also apply to the Boneyard synergy? Because... it should.

It IS a Grave Lord ability, after all.

Apparently it does not, neither does it buff the blighted blastbones summoned by animate blastbones ult, a huge oversight.

So we've gone backwards on Cruel Flurry.

You apparently removed the interaction between Cruel Flurry and Radiant Destruction completely.

It needed to be fixed so Cruel Flurry buffed EVERY tick of Radiant Destruction, as beam is a single-target DoT. Now it buffs none.

    Please try this fix again.

      • Major and Minor Defile: Updated these debuffs to decrease healing received and damage shield strength by 6/12%, rather than decreasing healing received and Health Recovery by 6/18%.

Seems like some sets were missed

Cinders of Anthelmir cannot be buffed by Daedric Prey.
    1ebo172ik2mw.png

Is it because Cindermoth isn't considered a pet, or maybe it's a Bug? (a fun pun :D )
Anyway, hopefully Cindermoth can be a pet . If ZOS really wants Sorc to be bound to pets in PVE, at least make Cindermoth exploitable by Sorc.

Flurry was originally a DoT (or enough of one to count) and was originally buffed by the set. They changed it to direct damage a few years ago, which resulted in it being taken off of the set’s eligibility list. It also made the set feel very strange — why have its identity based around a skill it doesn’t actually work on? They could certainly reverse that change to make it eligible again. They would just have to be very careful not to let it be buffed by both Thaumaturge and Master at Arms at the same time like it was for a while.

Daedric Prey is buffing Pet Sourced Status Effects by the 45%.

While we're on the subject of Sorc.

The new Expert Summoner passive for no pets +10% stam/mag or with pets +10% HP behaves in some weird ways.

Atronach is Sorc's best DPS ultimate and provides a necessary group buff with major berserk. A no pet sorc relying on the 10% stam/mag to get competitive DPS loses this bonus anytime they use their best ultimate. This is counterintuitive.

The bonus when added, refreshes dynamically, any time, any situation. Instant.

The bonus when removed, only happens when you bar swap.

This creates a weird interaction where you can get both the HP and stam/mag bonus at the same time which is obviously unintentional and goes against the idea behind the passive. This is reinforcing an idea where no pet sorc's will want to cast Atro on their front bar right after they're finished rebuffing on their back back so they can keep their mag/stam bonus active.

Sadly, this has drawbacks because Atro is normally backbarred to get the 20% stam/HP Regen or more weapon damage from Dawnbreaker on front bar.

Don't just nerf this bug, please go back to the drawing board. No pet sorc's don't want to lose their bonus when they use Atro.

Potential solution: change the qualifier from "any pet" to "any permanent pet".

Result: sources of permanent pets like Twilight Tormentor, Volatile Familiar, and Werewolves will continue to activate the 10% HP bonus, while sets like Maw of the Infernal and Storm Atronach ultimate will not.

The reality is, if you're not using 1 of those 3 permanent pets in the first place, why would you want your stam/mag bonus randomly flipping for HP in the first place? I don't see a situation where that makes sense.

The Blastbones summoned from the Animate Blastbones Ultimate still aren't buffed by the Sacrifice Buff, despite Sacrifice supposedly affecting all class abilities.

It also still doesn't affect Graverobber.

    Please fix these two things.

This bug is a longstanding one that affects Wardens - the Warden Netch (base Netch, Bull Netch, and Betty Netch) can not be dismissed. Either manually by clicking off the buff from the buffs page, or through the API with the CancelBuff(buffSlot) API call.

It is important that wardens be able to dismiss the Netch due to the Netch's ability to proc Plaguebreak randomly through its random debuff purging. No other class than Warden has a completely uncontrollable purge. Two changes need to be made here - the Netch needs to be made dismissable like other pets, AND the Major Brutality and Sorcery that the Netch gives needs to be converted to a passive effect so that you aren't putting your allies at risk just by casting a standard combat buff.

Is the damage of dual wielding heavy attacks working as intended?

Currently, if you do a heavy attack with an axe in one hand and nothing in the other hand you do more damage than you do with an axe in both hands. Light attacks while dual wielding also do more damage than dual wielding heavy attacks. I can see how you might want the damage penalized somewhat for the possibility of procing two enchants but I think the current level might be a bit too low.

Sacrificial Bones and Grave Lord's Sacrifice were never fixed - they still don't buff Graverobber nor the blastbones summoned by the Animate Blastbones ultimate.

Should be ashamed releasing a clearly unfinished ability like this.

They do not. Another pretty huge bug that wasn't fixed this PTS cycle.

Dual Wield heavies still do 50% of the damage they're supposed to. They actually do less damage than a light attack.
