Was expecting this, based on previous PC EU maintenance experiences. So got my tickets, endeavours, and daily EA run done before maintenance today.
I love my mind. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best!
Sorry for all those missing out on something though! Maybe the game does need to stop with all the daily things, and make it all into weekly things.

Sorry everyone, I thought soon would be sooner than this. We have been working on getting some internal realms & PTS open, and the PC and console Live megaservers are up next!
I may have to adjust the correlation coefficients in the Gina-math conversion tables.
I have to agree. I do not think it is acceptable to pay for a month of playtime, when you loose one entire day.
Cool. It was my last day of ESO+ today.
And I mean literally as I just ran out.
So you're ending your eso subscription because ZOS decided to choose this day to fix the game... at an attempt to improve the quality?

jeeze, you guys are savage! every 2 weeks there is maintenance, every 2 weeks the same people are in the forums complaining they cant go a few hours without the game.
part of me thinks that people are too far into addiction with this game. its not the end of the world if it goes down for a day. go do something. ESO isn't your job. your life isn't going to end because the devs are taking time to (maybe) fix a few bugs. Its not incompetence. they are in maintenance

Truly special.

Truly special.
I guess there must be a logical technical reason to focus on the PTS before the Live servers. Anyone got any sensible suggestions as to what that might be (that's assuming it's not a part of the ZOS Improved Communication Program for them to tell us what it is)?
Well, soon for me is when I need to go sleep ... and that is in about 10 to 15 minutes.
I feel like the ESO version of soon is similar to taxi drivers' soon. Could be anytime between right now and the back end of never.
Since they put it off until today - they could have put it off one more day, until after the event.jeeze, you guys are savage! every 2 weeks there is maintenance, every 2 weeks the same people are in the forums complaining they cant go a few hours without the game.

From Gina:
"This maintenance is related to upgrading some of our network devices. These are upgrades to the previously completed hardware migration work from earlier this year."
They're not fixing bugs, its hardware upgrades they didn't do during the hardware update.
then even more reason to not be cry babies
