Agreed, even if they had to keep pushing the ETA back, it would still look better than them just saying "Hi this is the ESO crew, we don't know what we're doing. Thanks for the patience."1 -

zhevon✭✭✭✭Granted its a different scale of operation and type of game but "Path of Exile" does a really great job communicating with the customer about the status of any downtime plus they do detailed patch notes.0
