It's not the missing playtime or the inconvenience or the presence of bugs and broken gameplay. Frankly I could care less about that.
It's that every time the servers go down I cannot stop myself from waiting until they're back up.

but as for the two down times a week, that is just hidious for Australians, could potential mean that we can only play 5 nights a week but pay the same amount as everyone. Hopefully this doesnt go the way of EQ2 early days where they lose so many players if exactly the same reasons.

Yeah this. Not looking forward to losing two nights a week if this routine maintenance pans out, even if I understand the necessity.
It was nice playing a Japanese game where they avoided maintenance in their primetime (only an hour or so difference to us eastern Australians), but I've come to expect NA/EU games to shaft us a bit somewhere with maintenance times.2 -
