I'd love to know how I've been "cheating" when all I've ever done is report bugs to zenimax 🙄 cheers for this. RIP my prog group tonight. Was going to do shield of the north tonight too

Nope I'm on playstation 🤣 so no add ons and nowt fancy for me or my prog, majority of whom have also been banned now

Nope, as stated, on PSEU.

This is really upsetting & stressful. Been playing for 7 years. Never cheated or exploited. (It’s a game so why would you?!)

Now been told that there is a bug on PSEU that if dc then should not try & relog as triggers account being banned. Wonderful.

One of my team members is dealing with the same thing, and we're still waiting for a response almost a month later. Same situation, but his said something about "speed hacking" whatever that is. He's a good member of the community and doesn't troll or even talk in area text chat, minds his own business, and helps newer players during his free time. Either something is wrong with Zos's detection program, or people are trolling with the reporting system, which I've mentioned before on the forums.

@ZOS_Kevin Is it possible this is connected somehow?

Just been told "DO NOT RELOG - close the game and sit tight" it seems to only be a bug on playstation EU

My wife was logged in to PS EU, she just logged out to be safe.
Hope they let us know when this is resolved.

This just happened to my friend tonight he’s played eso for 6 years never cheated either he got the ban tonight , it’s pretty unfair really how they do it , they should investigate to see if any cheating has been done before they ban people they seen to he going backward in coming forward

Need be a error. Many players of my guild and me we are suspended from 1 hour ago more or less, and we dont cheating, only we kill bosses together and farm boxes in the event.

Never cheated, play the game since 2016 on PlayStation, EU server.
I wanted to leave a house in High Isle, when I got kicked off the server and then got the message that I‘m permanently banned.

What‘s going on?

I received the same absurd email about an hour ago. I play on PS4 so it's not just a PC thing. I have never cheated and would never cheat and find the accusation deeply offensive. I was not in the game at the time (I only play for around an hour on the EU from 04.00 and ditto on the NA from 11.00 (BST).

I am actually quite shocked that this can happen. It has made me seriously consider the wisdom of being at the mercy of a company that can make false accusations, which, while they may eventually be resolved, in the meantime prevent me playing something I have paid for and invested time in.

8 years of playing and not 1 single warning. Now I'm banned apparently. I have done nothing wrong. I want my account back. If its a bug at least come out and say something.

I feel the same way. They rip us away from our friends and from stuff we promised we'd do, with no real explanation - just a nasty false accusation. It's shoddy to say the least. I cancelled ESO plus so at least the money for that won't be disappearing anymore.

I've just cancelled ESO Plus as well. If they can do this then I cannot help but wonder why I play this game.
