I'm repeating my offer: I don't want the costume or the dibella stuff - so broom/bucket style pages I get (if any), and the Cloth fragments (I got 5 out of 6 today) I will be happy to gift to people who need them, first come first served. The day before the event ends, I'll post a list in this thread, and anyone who needs stuff can PM me. This is good on both PC NA and PC EU. Sorry, I don't have consoles.
I have two accounts and play on two servers which means 4 gold boxes if I participate.
Out of my four chances for a new item:
March 29 = 1 new item (fragment)
Out of my four chances for a new item:
March 29: 1 new item (fragment) 1 EU, 0 NA
March 30: 3 new items (fragments) 2 EU, 1 NA
This is simply my RNG and I intend to have a record each day, but I am unsure if quoting myself to update is bad form. I am leaning toward it being bad form. Tomorrow, I will edit this post instead.

The way things work on the dev end of things, these things are set in stone by now for the most part. Even if we were to try and do that, there wouldn't be enough time for testing before release. I can pass this along for future consideration as a way to address this in the future, but the likelihood of this happening for next week is most likely a no-go.
@ZOS_Kevin
Since New Life is the catch-up event of the year and features the most tickets, I would suggest that some Jester's goodies could return at the end of the year.

So, that has been 2 daily across 5 accounts since Wednesday.

I have been playing on four accounts/platforms and I think I have 2 or 3 of them now across everything. That's OK, I really don't want the costume.
I am actually at a conundrum. I am at 11/12 tickets and have completed the parts of the the base pet thing that gets consumed to make better things, and I have Hide Shoulders. Turns out Hide Shoulders is the apex reward this time. I picked up the broom in a box but will probably never use it. I am not interested in the muse personality because it seems limited to just walk an idle and does something unsettling with the eyes. My conundrum is whether to stop now at 11/12 or just continue so I can get 12/12 and let the extras hit the toilet.
If ZOS was as interested in the in-game rewards as they are in crown stuff, I might be incentivized to stick around and play these two events. Right now, I am at a loss as to why I want to run around doing silliness for jesters that I have already done before, and all I need from the anniversary is the cake. I guess I'm pretty much done with Jesters and Anniversary. That's a wrap for this quarter, I think.

Your article (and testing on PTS) showed that they aren't necessarily guaranteed from the gold boxes. It seems from reading the article that we will get one fragment a day unless we are 'lucky' enough to drop the broom/bucket page, but I don't know if that's confirmed. Are we allowed to know if we can expect one (or more!) per day?
The problem is that on PTS, we needed 10 fragments to build the costume. The event itself runs 8 days only, and that's assuming we can participate every day... which as pointed out is very difficult for players on the NA server (the daily reset is now 6 am EDT and the event ends at 10 am EDT, leaving players with only 4 hours to get that last day at a rather inconvenient time for most of the US). That means, if the fragments are guaranteed one-per-gold-box, no players will be able to complete the costume without purchasing extra fragments with event tickets.
Can we get a confirmation as to whether the costume still requires 10 fragments to complete?
Also, the article does not mention if the Passion's Muse fragments will be available in the next event. We have gotten that confirmed a few times, but especially since many players are short on tickets due to the missing February event and the fact that we may have to prioritize costume fragments due to the above , it would be nice to have a mention that the Passion's Muse items will still be available in the next event as well.
After chatting with the team, we have a few answers to share.
- the costume still requires 10 fragments to complete.
- Fragments are not guaranteed per Stupendous Jester’s Festival Box as they only have a chance to drop, as stated in the article.
- Passion Muse fragments will be available throughout Q2 events, given the Whitestrake's Mayhem Shift.
We have taken this feedback to the team so they have this as part of their review of the event and can reference for next year.
