For EU the new reset times has made it significantly easier to get the pages the last day as it reset in the middle of night rater at the morning, who had been 08:00 with summer time in central Europe then most has left for work or school. This would be worse for players in east Europe.tomofhyrule wrote: »Protector1981 wrote: »Proofreader @Kelinmiriel, we appreciate your service. Making the change now.
Is the Startdate correct? When yes, we get 27 Tickets, not 24. Or starts the Event on March 30, this is a Thursday. When yes, please correct
Note: For me: I never seen a Event starts on a Wednesday.
I know ZOS used to favor *not* counting the last partial day when reporting the number of available tickets due to the fact that not all players can do it or if a maintenance precludes that... particularly in this case since NA will only have a 4-hour window to get that elusive 8th day of tickets, and even then that's assuming we won't have a maintenance on the 6th (which would start at 4 am EDT or two hours before reset, and would prevent all NA players from getting on in time to get the 8th day).
In recent events, they have started counting that last day, but now with the reset changes they probably went back to not including that last 'day' in the article. And I fear that NA players will probably only be able to get the max of 24 anyway due to the potential for maintenance and the short window.
---Are Bucket Style Page and Broom Style Page somehow revelant to Pay to Lose items added in 2017?
Do they look the same? I wanted to buy them but I started playing about 5 months later.
From PTS, they are outfit style pages of the Pay to Lose pack items.
The PtL pack was a Level 1 gear set. What is being offered here is style pages that can be applied to any outfit, so you can also choose to put those on and wear it in actual content.
Agree, standard is that other fragments like this costume drop from purple boxes to increase participation.Carcamongus wrote: »Reactions from players are overwhelmingly negative. There won't be enough tickets to get the personality, costume, bucket and broom, and hide shoulders unless resorting to the crown store. In previous years there were clear incentives to do all available event quests, even on multiple characters; this time there's almost no reason to get purple boxes. What sort of event is this that makes it impossible to collect all the new shinies without using real money and doesn't actually encourage more participation? The event isn't on yet, why can't tweaks to drop rates (for example, to make the costume fragments a guaranteed drop) be made?
I guess the joke's on us.

I'm likely to drop it as it's not my style but definitely getting the broom and hide shoulders.
Looks like to me that reset on PC NA is 6 am EDT.

Why is the official Jester's event page showing start/finish times in EDT? This is supposed to be a global game! They should be showing times in UTC offsets, i.e. UTC-0400 and *not* EDT.
Thanks. It's been mentioned in other threads that event start/finish times should be the daily/weekly reset times, and I think that makes sense, because people are used to that reset time (or they will be shortly, now that various other times have been changed to match it).Kelinmiriel wrote: »Why is the official Jester's event page showing start/finish times in EDT? Probably because event starting/ending times are at 10:00 am US Eastern time - the same time that the Crown Store items change over, and to further complicate matters, it's Eastern Standard time when the US is in Standard time, and Eastern Daylight Saving Time when the US is observing DST (which it currently is.)
All other reset times are fixed, not subject to US time changes.
I've noticed that times are often given in US Eastern with UCT in parenthesis after for the NA server, and in UCT with US Eastern in parenthesis for EU. I guess the UCT got missed this time.
Anyway, for your convenience, 10:00 am EDT = 14:00 UCT
From November to March, the US is on standard time. 10:00 am EST = 15:00 UCT

For the hide your shoulders, didn't it get mentioned somewhere Philius will have that after the event or am I mistaken?

If the fragments can drop from the non-Stupendous boxes, then simply farm more of these?
