Deleted Imperial Edition/Early Access Items

    I suppose it is rather late , but I just bought ESO yesterday and deleted my character after I realize I was in the alliance I didn't want to be in and I spawned in a different area then my character from the beta , so I got really confused , I'd really appreciate some help , thanks .

    Just keep at it. I am in a similar situation. I got some funny replies from ZOS customer, um, support.

    When I reported that I didn't have the early access items, they told me they had no record of me signing up for early access. When I pointed out that I started playing on March 30, five days before the official April 4 launch, that baffled them. I guess they were trying to figure out how I could have played in early access if I wasn't flagged in their account database for early access. Hilarious.

    Hi, i'm having problems with this also, was wondering what could be done about it. Little annoying and hope its resolved soon.

    I am so sorry to bother you guys with this but I deleted my rings and mudcrab pet by accident, perhaps some sort of prompt in the future will be helpful , sigh

    I am curous about those that had preordered for the ps4 and when delayed switched to pc. We no longer got the bonus for pre order. My self and my brother fully paid for the preorders with the anticipation of those bonuses. Any help here. I can provide evidence if needed.

    I also lost my gear through deleting my first character as it was on the wrong faction from my brother with the expectation of any race on any faction.... :-(

    Any help on this is greatly appreciated! I love ESO and everything yall are doing to help us!

    I also have this issue with the Explorer pack. Could you open a ticket please?

    UNLESS you preordered from the Zenimax store for the EXCLUSIVE SECOND MUDCRAB (Rufous) you'll be told that it was in error and will not be resent, despite EVERYONE else who got digital edition having it still.....

    it will probably end up being an additional paid for item... cheers zos..

    I have the explorer's pack and thought by making screenshots of all maps will solve my storing problem, :( i've learned too late that deleting the maps wasn't very clever at all. The maps are the only thing i lost, can you help me sending them back again please? I have just received the imperial edition from my cousin who bring it from USA the last week. I hope it isn't late.

    I need to get my items returned to me also. Have looked in game and can not find them. Please help! Had both the imperial items and explorer's pack items.

    Hello there. I am a new player, just started yesterday, and i had redeemed my exploters pack before making a character. When I created the character I got those items in the mail, but I messed up in character creation and deleted my character. I was unaware that the items werent unlocked for every character. Is there a way I can redeem the items I have lost? Thanks in Advance.

    I am also one of the idiots who deleted his character while still deciding on what to play, eliminating my Beta vanity pet. Any help would be appreciated.
