What happens to the sets not on the list that are affected by the test?
Any bonuses that are just stats will work, and you can still equip the items. This includes one-piece Monster sets if it just has stats such as Max Magicka, Max Stamina, Max Health, Penetration, Regen, etc.
Will the change to revert the current healing restrictions also go to console?
Yes, though this won't occur until Update 29 launch next month.
Confirming that the following sets, which were called out throughout the thread, ARE affected by the test:
- Eternal Vigor
- Footman’s Fortune
- Hawk Eye
- Mighty Chudan
- New Moon Acolyte
- Robes of Alteration mastery
- Slimecraw
- Twice-Born Star
- War Maiden
- Willow’s Path
- Arena Weapons
- Mythic Items

I don’t want 20 out of almost 500 sets in the game to be the new pvp.

So are you saying the new Moon Acolyte will work for the 5pc bonus boost, but NOT the penalty??

Depending on the level of success of this test we might eventually see a lot of these % increase/decrease sets reworked as flat bonuses similar to how worm cult and hircines were changed.

The last round of testing was also a test but they said in the post something along the lines of “if we find good results then chain casting aoes won’t be a part of eso pvp”
...they didn’t get good results.
What do they do if they do/don’t find good results with this one?

Then I think it would be safe to assume that certain sets and passives might be reworked in the future to lower the impact of procs. Similar to how they would have reworked AOE's.
I was trying to be realistic thoughzanohttrb14_ESO wrote: »

I hope so despite how unpopular the current meta is right now, it would be a real shame to see long term set restrictions in cyrodiil

Eh. Meta needs a shakeup
Hey Gina, just a suggestion that if you want an actual true test then I suggest either disabling IC or implementing the test in there aswell as every single person who doesnt like change will just go in IC and lag that out and in turn lag the server aswell. We need to try and get this sorted and leaving avenues of escape for us lazy gamers will not help
Some people may leave but considering that many actually asked for this change for years already (in fact some like myself never wanted proc sets in Cyro in the first place) I am not sure if that's gonna be the case. Or at least I intend to come back check it out for myself and I am sure that I am not the only one.I am concerned because so few sets remain available, that many people will just leave pvp entirely or not show up during the tests. That would twist the results by itself, because fewer people play. I can not imagine everyone will bother farming 2 of these legal sets.
Though this list also shows, how much strain ZoS has put on their own game by creating almost exclusively proc or calculation heavy sets.
