BGs freeze requiring a restartin about 50% of the matches. It really ruins the experience.

I would love for the game not to feel broken most of the time...

Patch after patch, update after update, they find new ways to break the game and reintroduce old bugs. And to think, they actually expected us to believe this was supposed to be the year of improved performance. LOL!!!

I guess the problem is that they allocated most resources on making profitable new DLCs and items like the P2W rings, so the remaining resources for server performance is limited, especially on the PvP side.

If more loads keep being added on a truck without properly upgrading the engine, the vehicle can't work well. Malfunctioning, gear deterioration, logistics delays, traffic crashes, etc. are expected.

I lost count of the CTD’s today after the eighth. That, coupled with disconnects and fatal skill lag made for a miserable experience. The last crash occurred while I was filing a bug report on the previous crash. You can’t make this stuff up.

I was so proud of myself. I had a pretty bad run before that one, adjusted my build accordingly and was doing much, much better. And then as I was jabbing Voriak Solkyn's crystals, well ...

My latest crash to desktop happened just now during a fight against the voidmother world boss in The Reach. The screen froze and the game exited itself.

Adding 3 more crash reports this morning while doing Volenfell pledge. First was at the second boss (Quintus Verres/Gargoyle), then the last two were at the last boss (Unstable Construct).

Everyone in the group crashed out at least once.

My AMD software caught and recovered from a hang while in a battlegrounds match, it had me submit a bug report. I have included the contents of the bug report in Ticket # 201129-004779 in hopes it can assist in pinpointing the issue(s).

Was just fighting a couple ogre and durzog trash mobs in the Stormhaven Public Dungeon.

CTD's almost guaranteed in Coldharbour (I've been trying out Stamina toons), right when Lyris unlocks the door. As soon as I step out, crash. However, I am able to relog and not crash again. CTD'S almost guaranteed in Hew's Bane Thieves Guild (cistern), Harrowstorms are dicey, crash maybe 25% of the time. Game has also been freezing at random intervals, sometimes very briefly, other times I have to hard logout. Imperial City Sewers are completely unplayable for me.

Final boss.
rotating DC's across the group.
no DC's until final boss.

Start fight, get boss to about 40%, Tank DC's. Tank logs back in, Healer and DPS Disconnect DPS blue screened.
Healer logs back in, I disconnect (blue screened).

we decide to get boss to about 10% and just try and wait for people to log back in to see if it stabilizes.
i don't recall if we were all there when we killed it, but everyone was able to loot.


yesterday:

I queued random normal white gold tower. party member disconnected after stepping in, group was stable for rest of run.


vet Hel Ra Citidel ~9:15 PM EST

upstairs group was disconnecting (never made it to upstairs boss)
1 dps froze
1 healer blue screened. was given a "file is corrupt" something. application would not launch. I told her the file let you into the dungeon, so the file is probably fine, but stuck somewhere in RAM. Had her reboot her system and was was able to log back into the game and continue on like nothing happened. she then went to bed knowing she could at least log back in the next day and not re download 100G. (interesting and quite possibly corrupt relating onto to vet / non vet hel ra. I will probably re download the game while I am at work this week, and if i still get problems, then i know it wont fix her issue. )

have yet to hear back from rest of people upstairs that . edited . were receiving issues .end edit .


downstairs group did not disconnect, but wiped at 16% and the boss did not repsawned. (Oh boy are we still pissed about this one, let me tell you my friend )


odds are we will suffer through this again next Saturday at around 9:00 PM EST as it is one of the leaders favorite dungeon.


normal Asylum Sanctum -final boss. ~10 PM EST

main tank screen froze, becoming a static image and unresponsive. had to psn button and close app and re log in.

normal halls of fabrication. 1 person crashes after being invited into a party size greater than 4. no disconnects or freezes


vet fang lair 3rd boss Caluurion

~70%Tank freezes, then healer freezes (not the healer from vet hel ra. this player was a dps in vet hel ra that switch to healer for these dungeons) , they log back in, DPS freezes, I freeze, .

DPS and I log back in, Tank freezes, Healer freezes.

we called it quits after 15 min. got the dps 2 psn trophies, yay, and continues onto vet castle thorn.

Vet castlet thorn : some time into the morning EST (me) ( afternoon GMT+8 [tank] ) and dps on west coast (USA probably)
no dc's or freezes for the same group in vet castle thron. no issues during hard mode final boss aside from our own deaths at 60%. completed vet castle thorn on non hard mode just fine, no freezes or blue screens.


At this point some guild members are discussing to stop paying for eso plus as at this point it is of no benefit or consequence when you can't play the game content that you enjoy, and the experience does not change whether your are subscribed or not.

PS4 NA. I've frozen now in 4 consecutive bgs. If anyone asks me if they should buy ESO this holiday season I will emphatically tell them no. I'll tell them it's a broken game with a total lack of support. This is ridiculous. And we can't even get any communication about an impending fix, or if there even is one. I can't believe I've given these people so much money. I pay for 6 months of plus at a time. I would cancel my subscription in a heartbeat if I could.

Edit: 5 in a row now. I literally cannot complete a single bg.

My send report never completes, it just circles round and round. But this weekend, both nights, it was while in a trial (different ones).

I crashed in vAA on the large trash group exiting into the open. Some other crashed there too and one more on the first boss.
Looks like lighing tend to crash, also had an couple crashed in nKA. Here the game froze for couple of seconds on the large trash fight just before the room with the last boss.

And I don't crash to desktop, did that in nDSA, but later has the game lock up, it looks active as it uses cpu and memory and this changes but it never recover so only option is to kill it and restart.
Other have this?

PC/NA (today Nov 29, about 8:47pm EST): used Vivec City wayshrine to port to the Brass Fortress. Then used Windows key to switch out of fullscreen game mode to a Chrome browser window session (while also listening to a podcast on Edge). Noticed that my ESO game had just crashed out completely (no error message), just not running anymore. Time to login again, I'm just happy I wasn't doing anything important at the time.

People crashed to desktop in our Trials tonight. 2 in Sanctum Ophidia and 5 in Maw of Lorkhaj. Every trial we do now has people crashing to desktop. It certainly adds an added level of challenge to finishing a trial. Please fix soonest. Thx.

Been having random CTD even without addons and running minimal graphics settings. Today I had 2 after crossing the doors to fight Yandir and Vrol in veteran kyne's aegis. Not even in combat. Funny thing is I've had more CTDs after the 11/23 patch than I had with the original Markarth release. What a mess.

Could you please update us on this? Why do you shove us into a thread with no updates? People have quit this game at this point. You have an already postponed event in three days that is still going to be a mess over issues identified nearly a month ago. Where is the communication on this? I am not demanding things be fixed. I just want more than radio silence on the issue. Is this game going to be worth sticking around for? A lot of my friends don't think so...
