I ran the arena a lot on the PTS and I knew the Minotaur boss and the last one will be tricky compared to all other bosses in there.
The last boss should be difficult, that is fine, if you have the right build the shades won't cause any trouble. I think the problem with the Minotaur boss is that there is just too many mechanics such as the grapple hook (which isn't made for in combat purposes because you have to sheath your weapon mid fight), his color change, the mages fire mechanic and trillions of stuns and interrupting which all make the fight a lot longer.
I have seen many players not get the ESSENCES that boost your stats by up to 10k, I recommend reading the Vateshran Holllows Arena guide (English & German Versions) to get more info on that.
If you need further help you can also check out my Youtube Playlist of Vateshran Hollows which has runs of almost all magicka/stamina setups.

I did. I have all the reds, and blues. 810cp, almost your build - one skill swaped (same cp tho). False gods + swarm mother/domi+mother sorrow+malestrom. All golden. And yet im being teabaged every single time after 2nd or 3rd instance.

Building a whole set of gear just to finish something i should be able in a better gear? I mean sure... yea... thanks but no, thanks.
I'm finding the absurd frame drops and the high spawn rate of some enemies, why is he summoning 3 more bigskelebois after i finish killing them. then it's the beams, kinda hard to do dmg through 3 skeletons while not getting 1 shot by them or the beam...

If you are running without the Pale Order Ring I would recommend using Iceheart, it helps a lot with damage mitigation.
The main reason players die once the 2nd and 3rd round starts on the last boss is because they get overwhelmed by the amount of monsters.
1. Kiting, very important in this fight, move around so the Colossus can't always deal damage to you, they will have to run to you before they can hit you. Also interrupt the Fire Mages
2. Use your shield, most players don't spam their shield often enough.
3. Healing abilities have to be kept up at all times.
4. Did you pick up the right Essences that boost your stats by 10k?
And I recommend using the Sigils that are around when it gets more difficult, these should help the most.
I can't tell you - the Minotaur boss is bugged as hell. I die from fall damage just grappling to the platform where he is.
I have decide whether to resub this week - I have to say, it's looking doubtful

dude watch your attitude. If you struggel with it use that gear it will 100% carry you an make your run alot smoother. Or just dont take any advise at all and continue crying on the forums.
Try my setup for your prefered magicka class and if you cant finish the arena in less then 2 hours ill send you the gold mats for the 2 glyphs you wasted.

It is not so hard, but i can feel some difficulty, but it is more boring, then difficult.
Already do no death - on second run there.
First run was like - where to go - the quest show there - it is waterfall - nay be this way ? It is not high - lets try.
Why i am dead - what way i must get there ?
And minitaur and last boss have some coward mechanics that i can not understand in first run.
Jump to platform to use portal ???
Very unexpected + you cannot try it before arena starts, so it is not comfortable solution.
All bosses are fat - not a lot of mechaniks but - 4,7 milions on minotaur if it is 3rd arena - is like hell. I think it imun-jump me to death. So fat.
Minotaur is problem even if it is first boss it is harder than 3 rd boss in blue arena even if minotaur is first. Jump each time make fight very very veeery long.
And i only get bows each time. Is there any other loot ??? May be i do wrong something ???
Not bad, it was interesting first 1-2 runs but ... maelstorm is easy but was interesting. If i did not go there 200+ times with random that did not give me staff.
This arena may be be the same - i needshield and sword here.

For 99% of the community, that can't just burn her through the adds she spawns and return back after going in the "other world" before she heals up too much, this is going to be hard on even the "easy" classes with the OP ring. And when ZOS puts out content that's new it just highlights how terrible the disparity in how some classes can ignore mechanics (mag sorcs and mag NBs) and how misguided ZOS's nerfs have been to other classes.
I'm sure in 6 months, the last boss will seem easy after we get used to the fight and ZOs continues its power creep, but some of the mechanics on that last fight are just terrible. This game does not have a proper tab targeting system and when you have giant skeletons that are covering your screen hitting you for 9K a shot and body blocking the enemy that one shots, it's super frustrating. All those dumb skeletons just magically go away when the boss gets to 10% which just makes it a DPS race.
I will say that I like how ZOS calmed down on the unavoidable environmental hazards and at least put the sleeping adds that awaken not in the middle of the arena, but I wish they'd design the fights such that high DPS means you clear it quicker and thus less chance to make a mistake rather than making it the end all to be all.

Try a carry build and you will laugh about how easy the last boss is.
I understand your frustration about bugs, complexity, and difficulty, but this arena is perfectly tuned. Once you know what to prioritize, and resolve your build weaknesses, you will easily pass each boss and feel good about it.
First time, I didn't die on the Minotaur. I died twice on the Pyrelord because I didn't understand the mechanics and then died 3 times on the Daedric Titan because I didn't have enough self healing (easily fixed with a single skill slot). I died maybe 20 times on the final boss figuring out what I was doing wrong. I realized that my champion points were done incorrectly, so I adjusted them and downed the boss the next time. The hardest thing about this arena was that it was day 1 of the DLC, which meant servers were laggy and weird.
Today I finished vet VH for the second time. I died twice to the Titan again (just being stupid, really) and once on the Minotaur because I wanted to see what would happen if I didn't interrupt all of the casters and accidentally grappled to the wrong platform. I expect on the third time to not die at all and get Spirit Slayer.
My character: Magblade, (3) False God, Thrassian, (5) Medusa, (1) Molag Kena, Maelstrom and Master's staves.
Are you picking up the extra buffs for the 2nd and 3rd portal? What resource are you struggling to maintain? Are you built to withstand direct damage and deal the most direct damage? Can you dodge roll things instead of blocking? Do you know when to dodge roll? Are you good with handling multiple telegraphs and mechanics all at once? Your answers to these questions determines why you think VH is difficult.
And as for people saying that using the ring is cheesing and shouldn't be required: it isn't required. And so what if it cheeses the arena? Cheese away. If it means you'll complete it, does anything else really matter?
