Hello all, I love ESO and wanted to start a discussion on what you want the next new class to be? Since lately the formula (which is amazing by the way!) is every other expansion they release a new class! What other classes would you like to see in the elder scrolls online next year in 2021? Me personally I would want to see a conjurer that uses a lot of daedra summons to deal dps heal and e.c.t like a pet based class! That would be awesome! Let me know down below on what you want to see!

So instead of dual weapons, or sword and shield, to use gloves/gauntlets/etc. as the weapons and have monk type weapon skills with them; with the option of hiding the gloves/gauntlets. This could turn any class into acting similar to a monk.
Would also be nice to get rid of "classes", and just allow a single character to choose which tri-skill line to learn - so a single character could change from a "nightblade" to a "dragonknight" for instance by re-setting skill choices; or something similar. Probably not going to happen, but would be nice.
Oh yeah, no way do I want another class. However, I know why I don't want one and will let y'all know in case a dev is reading: it takes 6 months before a character is ready to play. Why 6 months? Horses. That's it.No new class if I had a say in it.

I dont understand nor get people that say ‘well first they should fix (insert something generic)’ because they’ll do that AS WELL AS adding classes. Classes create hype, interest and more depth to the game. You cant let the game get stale, and by ZoS simply fixing bugs, the game would die out real quick.
ANYWAYS, all these suggested classes would have some great lore and purpose in the world or ESO, looking forward to any or all of them in the near future!

Btw. New World has spears, so it may be possible for ZOS to add this type of weapon as it is basically competition having something that was asked for a long time te be a feature in your game.

Not spending ~$150 per character to instantly max horses, too; $2~$3 per character, yup. $20~$30 to permanently max horses for the account? Definitely. It's a game. It's ephemeral. I'm gonna punt it on a whim someday. It's worth the price of a lunch to max it account wide, not a dinner per character.
Writs are the other thing. I have a stam & mag variant for each class already. I want to play 'em all just to experience each class 1st hand. Turns out the login time for cycling through that set of alts to writ & horse them each day isn't so bad AT FIRST. I'm about 4~5 months in now and 45m a day, 70% of which is login-screen has become one of the most dreadful grinds of any MMO I've ever played. Why? Because none of that time is spent playing anything at all.
Personally, I'd like to see the current "daily writ" and "daily horse" functionality handled automatically via something similar to hirelings. Log in once a day on ONE character to pickup emailed results for ALL characters. Progress rate is the same, drudgery gone, actual time playing (instead of re/logging) is up, now OK with making 100 alts and all kinds of new classes.

And then, and only then, do I want a new class. Others mentioned battlemage--while that's a good choice, I feel we deserve a Monk class more. Unarmed combat and martial arts in TES have been given the shaft lately. Hand-to-hand combat was a thing until Skyrim all but threw it out the window.
