EU is under maintenance, NA is unavailable too, with 'Login failed' errors.

And yes, I do remember my account name and password. Either you have deactivated my account on NA server or there are more problems after the maintenance.

Sometimes I really think ZOS hate us players. Everytime I build some momentum to return and play, ZOS always find some genius way to talk me out. Good job ZOS.

And more frightening than the 8 hour reboot is the prospect of servers re-opening at peak time and melting - as they have so many times before

Sorry for the pun but it causes too much mayhem every time the maintenance is run for it and then also when it is actually up.

Not saying don't have PVP events but this definitely needs a rethink and a rehash.

Something I can not understand is... how it is possible for a server re-boot to take 8 hours ? Seriously... Is this some sort of steam-powered server or what ?

I mean even if you run into issues it could take 2 - 3 hours at most. Unless, some one has stolen some cables / server components and you maybe need to go to the store and buy new one. But even then, it should not take 8 hours... It is ridiculous...

Also I have been here since game launch and... is it just me, or EU server maintenances takes more & more time with each maintenance ? And usually extended maintenance is followed by another maintenance because of something else, that was not touched anyway, but gets broken, but only on EU ? ? ?

Oh well...

I have been playing since February 2020, but I have not come across a game like this that is full of bugs, constant maintenance, lagg, complete lack of customer support. I’m glad I didn’t spend a penny on it outside of the base game.

This is not a response I expected to see in this thread. What you do is an insult to your customers and I sincerely hope it backfires on you at some point.

They probably forgot to enable login queues, so now they're enabling four hours worth of them for EU while they're at it .

Haven't y'all noticed? When EU goes down, NA is soon to follow. And if there is some kind of issue across the pond but NOT on NA, the "fix" (breaking the server even further) patch gets applied to both.

If only. I have pretty much giving up hope on TOS ever upgrading anything. But they do excel at downgrading performance again and again, so at least they're consistent.
