PC Maintenance Extended? Why?

PC EU is still under maintenanca, PC NA is up and running. @ZOS_GinaBruno can we get an update? Did "our" server go kaput again?

Someone tell me I am just incapable to convert times into my time zone and that the EU maintenance is not scheduled to last until 6pm?

How can a reboot escalate like this?

As you may have seen, we needed to extend maintenance for PC EU as we’re running into some issues getting everything back online for that server. We understand this is frustrating, and are working as quickly as we can. Thanks, all.

Us EU citizens are not part of the NA master race, so have to wait 4 more hours, sucks to be a second class race

It's just that ZOS proves once more that those responsible for EU servers have their hands attached much lower than they should. Edit: and that place coincidentally hosts their heads too.

It' will be freaking 19:00 where I live. Whole damn day! 2 hours turned into 8. I had a free day and I've been going to play the whole day and now I'm busy canceling my sub. I've had enough.

Probably they went Cyrodill to test their new event and have been shocked by awfull Cyrodill performance ?
And now they can not communicate cause lagging.

Hamsters are trying to break the world record for longest reboot in history - previously held by same hamsters but hey, why not try and secure record and make it unassailable

Maybe start with EU first..it always seems to be the slower one of the two siblings..you know the one that was dropped in it's early stages of server life.

Just saying...this is quite frequent.

everyone has different circumstances, but when you are not home all day - playing one hour later is not an option as you are heading for work by then. etc. you know?

still does't justify some of the vitriol, but its why its a big deal for people, having maintenance be extended.

edited to add, both I and guidie are having internal errors when trying to log into PC NA so there's also that.

So I've been getting this message multiple times despite restarting my pc and the fact that my internet is working just fine.

Could be a steam or Australian only thing (I'm in Australia and use the steam version of ESO) but at least these medieval cover songs are keeping me entertained!

Lags are fine they said. All you have to redownload the game they said. Take this pet of it, they said.

I think its more of a steam copy issue. cause I can log into my non steam copy, but steam copy is getting the same error as yours.
