God of Schemes Bugged - Ticket 200506-010732

Attempting to complete God of Schemes on my sorcerer on my PlayStation account. During the Vanquish Molag Bal portion of the quest, as he tries to pick the character up, my character does one or all of the following:
1. Flails around in the air while beaming light at Molag Bal.
2. Stand in the air above Molag Bal's platform.
3. Falls and dies.

Molag Bal does one or all of the following:
1. Loops dialogue based on previously completed actions.
2. Disappears completely.
3. Stands above me bewildered. What a view.

I've logged in and out several times. I've zoned in and out several times. After 8 or so tries of this, it finally completed. The dialogue was messed up, but hey it's something!

Judging by the looks of it, this bug is rather persistent. Since 2014.
