    Recieved Beacon of Tower Zero (Gold) from a runestone in Stormhaven. certain things seem to be interchangeable, Like Psijic portals/runestones, Thief troves/chests... stuff like that. not sure to what extent.

    My second issue is that the starting lead in Clockwork City does not show up. It is not buyable from a merchant either. Any ideas? I have all exploration achievements.
    Backpack is in the small cave in the western part. Go north after the yellow chest on the map, there is a wide area before exit from the cave into the area with ancient khajiit walls.

    anyone had any luck finding the Kingmaker's Trove in glenumbra? Ive spent hours farming chests and still haven't found the lead

    Found in a chest when just collecting surveys. U just need bit luck it seems ;)

    they will start dropping from lvl 10?

    Ultimate leads are gold leads (same as Master). Blessed Dais of Almalexia, Moons-Blessed Ceremonial Pool, Echoes of Aldmeris are Ultimate. Beacon of Tower Zero, Remnant of the False Tower are Master.

    Got "Hecatomb Tassets" from a wandering boss in IC Sewers and from "Emperor Leovic". I think it's not limited to just the general boss.

    Torc Throat Guards from Neglected Nirncrux Mine.

    I think it's safe to assume that can it drop from any Craglorn world boss (Anka-Ra/Nirncrux/Anomaly).

    Dungeons are final boss only, pub dungeon bosses are possibly final only but I have never tested other bosses in public dungeons.
