Try to removed the addons and see if it works.

No add ons installed what so ever. Every time i respawn, fast travel, slow travel, fight, BREATHE , i crash.

I get crashes at load time or whenever I port to another shrine. I have to load the game several times before I am able to get on. This is with and without Add_Ons.

Things I’ve endured today: four meetings via Skype, son still sick, prepared snacks and tea while one of them, lunch the next and the smallest of the foster cats threw up in the living room during the third (yes, wooden floors and yes, cue tips were involved in cleaning) and then my boss just needed to expose the fact that he do not know a n y t h i n g of relevance to my project I soooo needs to complete to an A+, now I’m leaving his sorry butt (cause I probably can’t say ass, which is what he is) in six months time.

And I can’t even finish my day with some mindless war mongering?

Y’all know what it is they are killing? My patience. Stone cold dead.

When one is the GM of a guild with folks depending on you to organize things, it's... tougher to just saw "screw it" and walk away, you know?

I'm just happy it is not as prevalent in PvE (where I usually hang) versus the harder endgame stuff and PvP. Which is a terrible feeling to have since that means others' enjoyment is even more affected than my own.

I am a refugee from non cp and we were complaining about the lag but this is quadruple horrendeous

I dont know how did they put up with it and kept playing

Same here. Not been in Cyro once. All of my crashing has been outside of there, no addons either. It's completely random too.

Could you provide some information about the crashes since you have pinpointed the cause? I can get behind the inability to state exactly when the fix is coming.... but I'd like to know what's going on.

Also, not to be too nitpicky, I sure hope when you say "if there's any workaround" I assume that means "a temporary workaround until it is fixed via a patch".

There is a game dev out there with a shooter/looter that has had issues and in their weekly newsletter(would be nice if ESO would do the same) they literally broke down everything that happened, what led to it, why it happened and how they were going to rectify it going forward.

This is something I wish Bethesda/ZOS would do to be more transparent to the player base about the current and recurring issues we all have seen on a daily basis for what seems like years.

A lot of crashes in cyro happens during using keep shrines or keep recall stones.
Also it crashing in areas that previously were known for causing load screens upon using charges there, like faregyl mine or glademist lumbermil.

As a counterpoint, I played 5-6 hours last night without any crashes.

All addons ENABLED, outdated or otherwise, and I run a couple dozen of them. (Got a few lua errors from libGPS and HarvestMap, though.)

No PVP or new dungeons, but I did run one old dungeon (Arx Cor), participated in several overpopulated WB kills in Murkmire, and a few Murkmire delves. A few dragon kills in both N and S Elsweyr. Plenty of wayshrining around, though I didn't go to any player housing. Swapped between 4 or 5 different alts.

This is a fairly new system (3700X, RTX2080, Windows 10), so maybe there's something wonky with the new code on older video drivers? Hyperthreading issues on Intel chips? Windows7? I'm not sure what Zeni's regression testing is like as far as different h/w and s/w setups.

Just played about two hours with the husband in Cyrodiil and between us the game crashed 11 times, sometimes at the same time for both of us, other times not. Each time we were either using a TP or just travelling on mounts. Before the update my computer almost never crashed, including when I was in Cyrodiil.

Crashed trying to port into lunar hall. Once inside oddly enough my character acted off and movement was super weird and i crashed a second time.

Another possible cause for crashes could be notifications/mail. I remember a long time ago them causing problems after one of the updates (like 2-3 years ago). Might be worth checking out @ZOS_GinaBruno.

I 'crashed' repeatedly last night on the chest event in Skyreach... in that I was disconnected to login. It was basically a guarantee I would crash at some point during the event. A friend of mine did not crash at all.

Cyrodiil is hell now. Chat is screaming about lags, bugs, ton of disconnects and error crashes. At least Gray Host camp. Don't know others. PC EU.
