What about the no cc immunity, no bar swapping, cc breaking multiple times before it happens to get cc'd again, insane lag that makes your character look like its moving through sludge, blue screens etc... it's been 6 months and still waiting in responses from devs, ofcourse they replied to the crown store stuff lol

Maybe some day ZOS will quit their lies and start telling the truth. Sick and tired of hearing crashing caused by out of date addon's when folks are still crashing with no addon's at all. The problem has always been with ZOS' buggy and poor game performance issues. They just won't admit it and try to pass the buck.

During the height of PS4 blue screens (crash to desktop), they started closing EVERY thread in General Discussion about it and pointing us all to one thread (specifically about blue screens during trials) in the PS4 Bug subforum. Basically, swept into the basement.

At least this thread is still up. And I'm following it to get a glimpse at my awful future in a few weeks.

I believe that if this issue was happening with the Crown Store, they would drop everything they're doing and fix it immediately. This is making me seriously consider if they actually appreciate my business or not.

How long to wait? The problem was voiced 3 days ago, you didn’t solve it and keep quiet. I can understand if this is really a minor problem which we can wait for, but part of the game process is inaccessible to us, we cannot play PVP due to constant crashes .

6 bg's here 0 crash, 30 min cyro = 3 crashs

Considering ZOS hyped up the performance improvements in this patch and then it turns out to be the worst performing patch in a few years, you would think ZOS would be moving heaven and earth to resolve the problems. Instead, there is no sense of urgency or concern from them. It’s shameful and they should be embarrassed.

Ok so 26.5 hours and four more pages on this post since the last update from ZOS?! @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom people are past being frustrated here. Can we please get an update on these issues?

Discords are fired up with dedicated PvP guilds posting pics and videos of their crashes and groups of players simultaneously crashing, causing whole guilds to cancel group runs. Guild and Zone chat loaded with people threatening to unsubscribe and uninstall the game, (yes PvP players do sub and spend money on this game). Not to mention several Twitch Streamer showing groups of players crashing multiple times within an hour.

Which I can understand because after almost 6 years of paying for a sub to play ESO, hubby and I changed our subscription from yearly to month-to-month basis because we are finally questioning whether it's worth it to keep playing. We are both PvP and PvE players and have had crashes in both since this update. Skills that won't go off, heck the skills are grayed out and can't even be used, crashing when traveling to wayshrine, crashing when decorating, crashing when using the banker/merchant. Hubby and I haven't even pre-purchased Greymoor yet and that's unusual for us as we have the collectors edition of every chapter that has been released. Things have got to get better or people will continue to leave ESO.

Can you please update your customers on what is being done to fix these issues????

Actually acknowledging at least the VERY obvious Cyrodiil catastrophe, would be nice.
Don't hold your breath for an update.

Yesterday I sent 27 reports following 27 crashes in Cyrodiil (yes my nerves supported 27 crashes before breaking down).
Every single one of my group fellows experienced crashes too (but their nerves generally broke down already after 6 or 7).

So yes, an acknowledgment would be in order.
